My rating is lower than it use to be. At one time, they had more junk hanging around collecting dust and dirt, it was enough to make you sick. New people, old people, not much has changed. The floor is disgusting. After spending many years in the floor covering / carpet business myself. Trying to give the owner any advice was a waste of time and energy. I think he knows it all, just like he thinks he knows everything there is to know about food. Cleanest! In my opinion it is not the cleanest place in town.... 1. free from dirt; unsoiled; unstained: 2. free from foreign or extraneous matter: clean sand: 3. In my opinion, it is one of the dirtiest restaurants in town. Just drop into the Rest Room and you will know what I mean. You will half to wash your hands, just from washing your hands in the rest room. 4. No acoustics other than the weird painful noise coming in from the back door. 5. I wish them well, but even in Rowlett, Texas we have much better food and right on the same street. If you go a few mile to the East you can have a Real Italian Feast. Just my opinion, and my review. Amen and! CIAO !

Terrible service. My wife and I love the similar location in Rockwall. My brother and I decided to go for lunch at the rowett location. Ordered calamari, large pizza and two sides of pizza. The large pizza comes out, then have to wait 10 more minutes for 2 slices of pizza. Never did they come to our table to ask how we are doing or refill drinks. Waited for the order of calamari, waitress comes to table and says "oh you didnt get your calamari, I wont charge you for that." That is uncalled for, ordered as an appetizer and getting told I wont be charged for something I never received. I told them when we originally order that I also needed to order a Togo order for my wife, waitress said she will take that order whenever we are ready. they never came back to the table, I had to call my wife to call in a order in hopes they would be done by the time we left, waited for 20 minutes for a check. Plus an additional 30 minutes for the call in order that they said would be 15 minutes. Very disappointed in the poor service. Will not be going back to this location, Id prefer to drive the extra ten minutes into Rockwall!

Napolis is a GREAT place to get some good Italian food...but only under 1 condition: You dont feel like cooking dinner. Otherwise, what you could make at home would probably be better quality. Napolis needs to make some serious changes if they want to compete. First... throw out those thin, tough, strips of what you claim to be is chicken and replace it with some QUALITY chicken breasts. Yes this may increase your bottom line but, for the love, spend money to make money. Increase your cost per plate if you have to. Secondly, go check out what your competition is doing. Study your enemy, learn their weaknesses, get an upper hand on what theyre doing. Get rid of the leaves on the ceiling; it looks cheap. Get some light in the place. Anyway... i could keep going. Bottom line, Napolis has GREAT potential but... will fail without major changes.

I stopped at this napolis while I was doing laundry thinking I would get the same service and delicious food as Eddies on Centerville and was very disapointed. The bread was cold, the salad was old and tasted like parts was rotten, and the meat lasagna add mushroom was sauce noodles some regular cheese LITTLE BIT OF MEAT, NO RICOTTA CHEESE. I let the waiter know and he told me that I was wrong the RICOTTA is mixed with the regular cheese. I just ate the food and another guy came over asked me if everything was ok and I explained to him and he continued to be rude and tell me how lasagna is made in layers. I then explained to him the food wasnt good and he can just get me my bill. Both of the gentleman that I spoke with had no customer service skills and the lasagna (if you can call it that) was horrible.

I recently visited Napolis for lunch. As I walked in I was immediately greeting with a warm welcome from one of their waitresses. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable and the restaurant smelled of delicious authentic Italian food. Their freshly baked bread that was brought to my table was a great way to kick off the meal. I ordered their pasta combo comprised of three different Italian pastas. IT WAS DELICIOUS! I would highly recommend Napolis in Rowlett for anyone looking for great food, warm/friendly environment at a great price!....Ryan....

Since moving to Rowlett, I have eaten here about a dozen times and every time its a delightful culinary experience. The garlic knots are perfect, the antipasti WONDERFUL, and the entrees absolutely decadent! The food is fresh, and the sauces homemade and tastey. The owners and waitstaff are sweet people, and the atmosphere relaxed and unhurried. You get to really enjoy your meal and the company of your loved ones. This is one of my favorite places to dine and the prices are very reasonable for all that you get. Thank you Napolis, well be back!

FAMILY FRIENDLY!! we used to be left scratching our heads thinking of where we could go to eat at the last minute and not worry about bringing our babies. Most restaurants these days will accommodate family for dinner, but being family FRIENDLY is not always a priority. Not only is the food awesome - try the Chicken Fantasia (dads favorite) or the Eggplant rollotini (my moms favorite) strombolis (husbands favorite) and their pizza of course (brother and daughters favorite) and i love their ziti with pink sauce. we LOVE this place!!

Napolis has become my wife and Is favorite place over the last year. It reminds me of the sitcom (Cheers) where everybody knows youre name. Its very laid back, you can enjoy the beverage of choice (BYOB) without feeling rushed. Its hard to pick a favorite dish but if you like shrimp dishes they are good size and very tasty. Johnny (the manager) always makes sure youre well taking care of. and if you get a chance to meet the owner and his "CRAZY" wife youll keep coming back. As for the price, its almost too cheep.

My family has been eating at this restaurant for years. The food is delicious! The atmosphere is relaxed. Unlike a lot of restaurants in the area, the music isnt so loud that you have to almost yell in order to have a conversation. The service is awesome. The staff is always friendly. I highly recommend the Ziti Romano. It is the best dish I have ever had in an Italian restaurant. It has a lot of sliced meat balls, onion, bell peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms in a creamy sherry wine sauce. It is sooo good!

Well, the male waiter was very short and rude. The brown haired female waitress as well. The garlic knots looked better than they tasted. It took ages to receive our food. In spite of the wait, the meal was delicious. Our drinks were never refilled, however, and 10 minutes into eating our meal, the waiter seemed in a rush to get us out of the restaurant and brought us to-go bowls. The service is subpar and hardly friendly, but if you can look past that, the food is delicious.
