Headsets were down when I visited today, which wouldnt have been a big deal, except that when I ordered my food from the carhop that came to the car and requested both a ranch and marinara for my cheese sticks, she didnt tell me my small order wasnt ALLOWED 2 dips or give me an opportunity to pay for it. Instead, they just brought out the order with the single dip. I could even be okay with that if when I asked the new young lady who delivered my order about it and she went back in to ask, came back with "not allowed" and just embarrassed apologies. I would have even been ok with having to pay a little extra for my extra request, thats fine, but Ive placed this same order all over Dallas County and have NEVER been just told NO. Crappy management. The carhops were sweet, thats the ONLY reason they earned 2 stars.

I have never been so disrespected in my life they mess up my order all the time so I checked my order before I left this time and surprisingly it was wrong again!!! So I bought it to their attention and was basically told oh well too bad! So I go home call the store again told oh well too bad and asked if I would like to speak to the store manager and of course I do. After being on hold for 3 min I was told she was too busy. I ask for her name and told that they cant give out that information and I can call corporate and tell them zack sent me ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!! To top it all off I try to eat the burger anyway and its got a freaking jalapeño in it!!!! Worst customer service EVER! Best believe I called corporate!

This is actually the closest one to where I live, but I no longer go there. This is why: Waited in the drive through for 10 mins, this is kind of normal at times. They brought the wrong drink order (it was just 2 drinks). They brought the wrong drink order the second time. The third time they looked me in the eye and told me it was the correct one. After I drove away I found out it was the first (incorrect order). I dont feel smart for trusting them, but seriously, these people are either stupid or dishonest. If you want something from Sonic, go to a different location.

Omg this was the worst experience I have ever had at any sonic! The little girl that took the order was extremely rude and cut us off 3 times before we got through with our order she didnt even ask my my mom what kind of dippin sauce she wanted for her popcorn chicken! Nor did she up sale! And it said our order was being delivered and we waited for 10 mins and it still hadnt been delivered and so we left!! Horrible on everything!

Why does it take 8 mins to get a cup of ice???? The employee at the window answered "I was waiting for somepne to bring it to me." Only 1 car in front of me at the drive thru and not busy time of day! This happened 3 times in 2 weeks time!!!!!

I went this morning and their restrooms were horre dous. I sent an email thru the email contact and no response or acknowledgement that i sent them an email. So check out their bathroom, this was around 9:30am. See if they clean it eventually.

Service was good,however the food was horrible. The tots and fries were reheated in the fryer and my breakfast burrito barely had anything in it. For the price i pay i expect a fresh order in which they failed.
