If I could give this place zero stars I would! When I go I always order through drive thru some extra crispy onion rings and this last time I went I got my order but noticed my onion rings were not extra crispy this white girl is in the drive thru window and I kindly tell her that I would like them a little more crispy and all she did was roll her eyes at me and walked away then comes the manager and says whats the problem then i told him what I told her then he snatched the onion rings from my hand and said pull forward and someone will take them to you. Both those idiots need to be fired!!!! Horrible customer service!! Will never go there again nor my family. If your looking for a Whataburger please go to the one on galloway across poteet high school they are 100% better than this one! They are so nice, friendly and polite.

Service and speed is always hit and miss. The food is almost always great. But it can take a while to get. Shown slight improvement lately, but still has an incredibly long way to go. On this visit (1/2/17), I arrived at about 8pm (dark out), and the manager on duty was having herself a smoke break outside. After ordering to go, Took 9 minutes to start my sandwich, another 3 to finish it. The store wasnt stocked properly for a sandwich that they had (used pc cups of ranch and buffalo for my brcss). Heat lamp for fries was off. Good thing I got onion rings. This is the best whataburger in mesquite, according to the trophies above the grill area. At least the girl at front counter was nice and friendly. (Mayo - no tomato, by the stickers on her otherwise illegible name tag.

This is my third night in a row coming to this location, the crew is well mannered and stay busy keeping the resturant clean and providing for and helping their customers. The manager on shift my first time through (22/5/2017 @930pm~) was actively seeking out ways to make sure her employees stayed engaged to their jobs. I informed them that the restroom was dirty and she had someone get on it within 5 mintues of me telling her. And this was taking place while they were getting ready to conduct a full washdown of the kitchen areas.

Worst place ever, never coming here again they wessed up my order and they try giving me some free chicken sandwich which they said they were gonna throw away ( which I didnt want nor ask for) the manager said he was gonna replace my order which he didnt do after all the order was wrong again and they never give me my missing fries. Manager "excuse" he had 3 new employees training that night shift just HORRRIBLE!!!!!!

been here at different times of day. the staff is nice and attentive, when i eat-in, the staff checked up on me to see if everything was ok, needed any sauce, they even asked if they could throw my tray away as was going back from serving another customer. good customer service, obviously they make it a goal to help customers. late night drive through is fast and properly cooked meal.

So this could have been a bad experience. I ordered the #13 which is the chicken strip meal. I get home and open the box and everything was there except for the chicken strips. I take it back and just let them know that it was missing the main thing. They fixed it and apologized. When I got back home there were 2 extra chicken strips and an apple pie. Awesome guys!

Ive never experienced a bad whataburger until I came to this one. My Patty Melt was cold, the cheese was cold, the bread was burnt, no sauce or onions, my patties were cold as well. The service was bad. Very slow. I love whataburger... But I hope a manager sees this and knows I will never come back to this whataburger. Drive through at 8:00pm on Nov-9th Wednesday.

It was my 1st time in this location ever even though I used to live down the road from it once , the manager was awesome food was very good fries couldve been a bit hotter ,but not gonna worry about it , all staff members had things to do just like clock work.. keep up the good work Ill most definitely be back .

Ordered a honey BBQ chicken strip meal , when I got home and took the first bite I realized that this wasnt a honey BBQ , the sauce they used was too sweet , who knows what type of sauce they put on my sandwich. I only ate half which is ultra rare that I do. Ill prolly never go back to that specific whataburger.

Food is good and hot, but it is a dreadful wait each time I go here... I am not sure what they are doing inside, but its at least a 10 min or longer wait at the drive through...... I almost ordered a pizza and was going to see if I got it delivered before I got to the window for my food.... Yikes

9 out of 10 times the order is wrong and I think they do it on purpose sometimes been going here for a long time if you go in you have a better chance of them getting it right. Through the drive thru its a toss-up on what you will get and you can be sure its not what you ordered!

The employee brought me my food tray with a bunch of ketchup packets and asked if I wanted more. Another employee was on break and his shirt was so dirty you couldnt see the orange color and he was listening to music very loudly on his phone.... Unprofessional and unorganized.

Dine-in: My Whatachickin wasnt cooked long enough, the bun wasnt even toasted on the grill, it was hard, and the fries werent great either, and service was slow, and they kept chit chatting instead of working. Drive-thru: my fries are never hot, theyre barely warm!

The place isnt that clean. When I got there, Davina saw me but kept doing her thing without saying anything to us. She finally turned around to us after a while and said, "Ready?" while raising her eyebrow. She continued to take our order with the worst attitude.

This place has the most rude people! I would had rather drive a longer way to a different whataburger than to be treated that way. Employees in the back are on their phones not getting peoples food out in a timely manner. Definately not coming back to this place!

If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered 3 tequitos and waited 30 min, while people after me got their food in less time. When asked about my order, said it was being made, still took too much time. Ridiculous. Never coming here again.

The atmosphere was real friendly my order was made on time and the food hit every spot. I was pleased with how well maintained the bathroom was others i have been to was not as great best place definately will be coming back and often thank you guys
