It was over an hour before they served us bread and 2 and a half hours before any of us were served dinner. There were hardly any other guests there, and every party that arrived after us finished eating before we were served food. This restaurant gets wedding rehearsal dinners all of the time and ruined my friends rehearsal dinner. Our party had a reservation months in advance, and the bride restricted the menu to a few select items. They knew how many people were coming and what we were going to eat. There was more than an ample amount of waitstaff available. There was no excuse for the lack of service we had during our visit, and the management was unapologetic.

Bread was great, lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo were great. Cheese sticks pretty good, and the service was good. The place was clean with a nice atmosphere. If I had to knock anything,it was the tea, almost seemed like it was made with dirty water. I think the price was reasonable even though a lot of people on here claim its too expensive but, people in Kaufman are kind of cheap. We got out for $15 per person with app, meal, and drink. Where else can you sit down and get served Italian for less. No Salt pepper or sugar on the table but I bet its because a lot of people steel it, it is Kaufman after all.

My husband and I visited the Allen location last night and it was amazing. It was one of the best Italian meals I have experienced in quite some time (especially for the very reasonable prices). The beef raviolo with pink sauce is to die for. My husband had the clam linguine and it was excellent as well. Their house dressing also made for a delicious salad - and you cannot beat the warm garlic bread. This is our new favorite Italian restaurant and we will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

by kim lopez i was there that night it was the best party!! they had eveything in good hands they workers worked soooo hared that night!! they were full that night it was a friday night people kept calling in for to go! it was crazyyy!! i love that restaurant! i feel safe going there with my family!! miss. verona is married and got 4 kids wich i dont think she would do something like that!! i love veronsa i will keep goin there no matter wat people say:)

Wait staff could try a little harder. The wifes tossed salad had only lettuce and ranch. The waitress later brought a hand full of carrot shavings and a couple pieces of purple cabbage, raked them off on top and said that was the best she could do. I had the manicotti, which is one of my.favorite dishes. It was less that satisfactory. The cheese tasted spoiled. My wifes Alfredo and my childrens tortellini allapana and lasagna tasted pretty good.

Food was really fresh and tasty. Prices were very fair and restaurant was clean. I never visited their old location, but I can see myself being a regular here when I get the itch for Italian. The thing that was the most impressive was our server. Ashley was amazing! You could tell her goal was to completely make the customer happy and she genuinely did that!

No lunch specials. The rolls are warm and taste pretty good other than that the prices are way too high for the quality of the food. The Calamari was rubbery. The waitress didnt speak fluent English which made ordering difficult especially trying to explain my daughters gluten allergy, ordered grilled chicken & veggies for her.

Love, Love, Love Romas food and service. The Eggplant Parmigiana is my favorite followed closely by the tomato basil soup with veggies (ask for it). The wait staff really work to accommodate your every need as you sit in the relaxing setting of the dining room.

When I hungery for Itallian Food this is where I go. They offer many dishes all I have tried have been very good. I wish they delivered but they dont offer that. Some food is a little pricey but it has alsways been worth it. Nice to have in Kaufman, like no other.

Everything we sampled was perfect! Its been many years since Ive been wowed by an Italian dish, but the lobster ravioli was outstanding. Wonderful atmosphere, clean, highly attentive waitstaff and seems to be well run.

Great Italian food, with a casual but cozy atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and there is an endless supply of freshed baked rolls. Lasagna is delicious, as is the White Wonder Pizza.

Alfredo sauce here is the best. It just cant be beaten, everything else was mediocre. Also Staff was very nice polite and accommodating.
