I visit olive gardens often. Love the food and service. Ive visited this location twice and for some reason the service is always horrible. My first eperience my server was rude about my family wanting to order so quickly. She told me she would have to come back because her other customer are giving her a hard time and two of them only had water. What does that have to do with me. I think she realized her issues and tried way to hard the rest of the time trying to make it up to us. My second visit refills never happens and soup and salads must have been off the menu that night? She never offered we had to offer it to ourselves lol. So then my soup my appetizer and our entrees arrived at the same time. Time to pay didnt even say bye, thank you, piss off, happy birthday, or offer the chocolate mints my daughter loves. Had to ask the hostess for them? If Im getting the c team service I should get to pay the c team prices.

Tonight we took my son there for his 13 the birthday. Everything went fine until I paid the bill. I paid via the automatic kiosk at the table. The waitress informed me that they had incorrectly figured the birthday dessert and they would credit my card and rebill it. We waited 20 minutes and she brought me the new bill. We had not received the dessert yet, we waited another 20 minutes and waitress then returned to inform us that they were out of the dessert he had chosen. I asked to speak to the manager but he was busy taking complaints from other customers.

The food has been fantastic at times and so-so at other times. I have eaten at the Olive Garden about four times. The inconsistency of the food is a problem. The breadsticks are ALWAYS too salty. The dishes are not consistent. I often order the same dishes, the quality has ranged from iffy to excellent with every visit. I am not sure what is going on in the kitchen, but this is the first time I have crossed a well known chain like the Olive Garden off my list of favorites. Consistency is a MUST!

The waiting time was about 5 minutes, after waiting a couple more minutes for our server to bring us the drinks, another staff asked us if we were being attended, we said no. She immediately went to the kitchen and brought us drinks and an appetizer for the long wait. She treated us like we were on her house, she made sure we liked everything and offer to change the plate if we dont. My son is picky and she made it through him ordering some fruits and juice. She was amazing!

Heartless General manager. My fiance had orientation next Saturday and had her last day of work this Monday. It is currently Tuesday and they asked her to come in even though they knew she had her last day of work yesterday and told her that since she cant work on Sundays that she doesnt have a job at olive garden. I got one will never eat here again because that is some cold hearted stuff. If anyone disagrees with this then they are cold hearted as well

I am gluten intolerant. I ended up not eating what I ordered because the menu did not state that the chicken parmiana was served in a tortilla. The menu did not have a picture and only said it was grilled chicken served with spinach. This restaurant is not allergy friendly at all. It only has one gf item and the staff isnt knowledgeable about the ingredients used.

Had dinner with my wife before the Mannheim Steamroller show at the Topeka Performing Arts Center on Dec. 21, 2015. We had heard about the "better, more Italian" menu, but didnt seem to notice much change. They still had the breadsticks, salad, etc. Food was tasty, and price was reasonable. Will return.

Took forever to get seated, Everytime we go in they tell us there is only one chef on duty so food takes forever. The mussels taste like mud. Ordered a drink and wine samples first thing and they didnt arrive until after I had my meal. Same with the soup. Shrimp Alfredo is horrible.

I am sad to say I will no longer be going to Olive Garden for any meals, when they say they cannot furnish health insurance as required and they are going to play the game of a lot of parttime help to avoid it, they are not a business I can support. So Good bye Olive Garden.

Staffing is a hit and miss. On my last dinner there with my boyfriend, I didnt enjoy the host and the group of waitresses when I walked in, they didnt seem friendly at all. It really turned my mood away from going back this resturtant, even though I really enjoyed the food.

Host was smiling and friendly. Good visit... very busy location. Kitchen bogged down a little bit, but duh- its Saturday night. Our Server was on point, very cordial! Good communication about every aspect of our experience. Manager was friendly...

We used to be regulars at Olive Garden but it seems to be going downhill quick. Staff is rude and unattentive and service is slow. Food quality seems to be worse now than it was a year or two ago. Paisanos is our new Italian restaurant of choice!

Typical Olive Garden experience. The service was good, the food was hot and served promptly, the waitress was very attentive to our special requests. We were able to make a reservation in advance For our large party which was nice.

I had a caprese bruschetta and a zuppa Toscana with salad and breadsticks. Both tasted fine, but the menu is really "overgarlicy": too much garlic everywhere. The staff is really good but the restrooms are dirty.

The Olive Garden has good Italian food and great service. The bread sticks can be a little iffy, sometimes perfect, but occasionally not edible. The salad is also very good, but sour (which is fine by me).

This is a very good restaurant with very good service. The prices are typical chain prices but the quality of food is better than most. This restaurant has a good atmosphere and isnt as noisy as others.

The Olive Garden is the Olive Garden is the Olive Garden. Food is good and service is excellent. Located on Wanamaker which gets busy as does the restaurant. Very little atmosphere found here.

We were celebrating a family birthday. As usual the food was excellent. The service was superior and the waiter was very attentive and at the end brought a birthday dessert to the table

Staff can be hit and miss, sometimes its great sometimes you think about leaving before dinner arrives. Food quality is what you expect from a national chain, good but not always great.
