Usually this store is good, but tonight beyond terrible! I ordered a steak and cheese deleting mayo, tomato, lettuce etc. Reciept reflected what I want. What I got was a fully loaded sandwich. I called and asked for the manager and a person got on the phone nit stating a name. I explained the problem and told her the customer before told her his pizza wad nit right but it was ok and left. Her response was huh! Well we are extremely busy so some orders where probably messed up. When did managers justify poor service? I than asked what her name was "Alyssa," I saw 2 tables that where occupied. And one of the ladies at the register was more concerned with showing her friends what table was hers than helping the 3 of us that were waiting for our orders. Will probably be my last visit and considering my company is right down the street I will make sure they know how terrible the customer service truly is.

I like Ledos just fine. It is a seat yourself place. The service I had was not great. I knew more about it then my server. We asked for things and did not get them. He did not make an effort to fix it in an appropriate fashion. Honestly if I had not recently had a bad experience they probably would have gotten four stars but if I was basing it on my recent experience it would have been 1 star.

Buffalo chicken pizza is the best part of the menu, wings down... Not at this location though. Lowered my rating because Ive been here for an hour and just got my order of two two small gluten free pizzas, which came out wrong twice. I now have an extra pizza I dont want, two hungry kids, and 20% off a bill that doesnt deserve to be paid. Bad service, hands down! Go to a different location.

I ordered an Italian White Pizza, and three side salads (two Caesar, and a spinach). The pizza was the best white pizza that Ive had since I lived in NY, and the salads were delicious as well. I placed a pickup order over the phone, and the person on the phone was courteous, and so was the cashier when I arrived to pick everything up.

I was only in the area for the weekend but my unusual algorithm for picking a place to get lunch brought me to this Ledo Pizza. Ordering takeout at this joint was pretty efficient and no-fuss. I only had to wait about 10 minutes for them to make me a Georgia Fried Chicken Sub, which by the way, was delicious.

Pizza is standard Ledo, our family digs it but its not everyones favorite (sauce is sweet). Takeout has been fast and reliable for us, no mistakes on maybe a dozen orders, and the servers have always been friendly when weve eaten there. Glad to have them nearby.

Dude trust me. The pizza here is like crack. I had some a loooooong time ago and recently decided to try it again. Im shook. I just really love thin crust pizzas and the sauce and cheese were the perfect ratio of sweet and savory. 11/10 would recommend

Very tasty and satisfying. I usually get a craving for Ledos once a week. Its always fresh and portion size is good. One medium is enough for two adults. Takeouts usually a breeze if its not on a Friday night-then it can get really busy!

Im biased. Discovered Ledos at its original location near U. Of MD. To us, it is the best pizza available in at least Md, DC, VA region. Nice family atmosphere, reasonable prices and the rest of the menu is pretty good, too.

I always go to Ledo whether it is for myself or for the whole family. I have a 2 and 7 year old girls and they love the food and the staff is so welcoming and courteous, it makes it easy to come back over and over

Great pizza, awful website! The order online site takes you to an outdated menu and promotions no longer available. It is hard to navigate and extremely confusing. Pizza tastes great tho.

This pizza is so delicious! My first time trying it and I loved it! We ordered Modern B.L.T. With extra pepperoni. Highly recommended! Excellent price for the quality!
