Waitress was amazing but food had no flavor. The three of us that went all took a bite and told them that we were done. The guy at the front asked us if we wanted to go boxes and I told him no because we did not like the food. He took our plates and they gave us our check, when he asked if the food was good we said "no thats why we didnt eat." His response was "well weve had the same chefs here for years so you probably just dont like that type of food." The fact that there were no apologies or anything was unacceptable. having to pay for food that was not eaten because no one liked the flavorless food and not being offered anything else is a horrible way to run a business. I can guarantee that we will not be returning. I really hope you enjoy enjoy the $50 for 3 sprites...

The people there were the meaniest and rudest people I have ever met in my life. They cursed at me and my kid and said we had changed our minds about the food 5 times. Not true. They brought out the wrong food and we said no it was wrong. He then yelled at me in front of my kid and said we are done serving you and we will not ever serve you again. Asked us to leave the resateraunt. In 31 years I have never been treated that way ever. He then followed me and my daughter out of the building yelling at me in front of a 5yr old. Saying leave now ive got cameras and im calling the cops. I would stay away from this place. And now my daughters throwing up. No telling what they did to our food.

Apart from the rubbery calamari and the overcooked factory made tortellini, and the sauce from a can, we also ordered the Lobster Ravioli. When we received it, we noticed it was shrimp. We called the waiter over so he could fix it, and he said that it was, in fact, shrimp. He said the lobster was in the pasta. We opened the pasta to show him that it was only cheese in the pasta. He said, "I know, this is how we have been making it for 14 years." So if you are good paying a considerable amount for frozen pasta, sauce from a can and getting shrimp when you pay for lobster, you will probably like the place. We didnt.

This is to the guy complaining about only making 2.00 an hour and not getting a tip, let me set something straight for you, I normally tip our waitress 10$ every time I come there if she does her job and doesnt disappear. If you got something to say how about you say it to me next time and not wait til I walk out, lucky for you that time wont come because I wont be back, we drive an hour to eat there and we tip when we have a decent waitress, you messed that up, but I do have one last tip for you, how about you go find a real job like most men do and quit crying about something only you can change.

Most amazing service and food. Dont go anywhere else for great home style Italian food. Pizza is nothing like order out. Pizza has lots of fresh goodies on it. Tonight we had Donat make us a special spicy spaghetti.(AMAZING). Would also recommend Napolis Special if you like a little kick. Bread is great and dont forget their amazing deserts, if you cant eat it there take some home for later you will not be disappointed.. Get ready to leave full and feeling like you left family. Please do not mistake for the Forney location. Different owners and for sure different staff.

I always have such a great experience when I am there. My family has a birthday every month of the year and we always go to Napolis. We always have such great service and Donat and Albert will go out of there way to make sure your experience is exceptional. We are always greeted with a hug and they genuinely want to know how you are and how youve been. And they pour a mean glass of wine. If you are looking for great atmosphere, great drinks, awesome food, amazing customer service this is the place to go. (The Tortellini with Alla Pana Sauce is the best)

Ive been dining at Napolis for years, before its current location, when it was over in the shopping center with Big Lots. The food is wonderful, I suggest the pasta primavera or the tortellini alla panna. The owner Franco (sorry I dont know how its spelled) really cares about his customers and the service his staff provides. The guys are always polite and the service is awesome.

I have never had a bad experience here. The managers and servers are always very friendly and attentive. The bread is amazing! Get it with alla panna sauce for dipping! Another favorite is their house dressing. It is a fantastic, flavorful vinegrette. I havent lived here very long, and I am a huge fan. To each his own, but I dont even understand the negative reviews.

There wasnt anything about this I would recommend. Today is 20 Sept 2015. I am literally sitting here at the restaurant writing this because Im hating this place this much. The 4 over cooked shrimp was terrible and the service is lousy. We have a blonde who is laughing and joking with other coworkers but walks up like shes miserable here. NOT coming back

All Napolis Italian Restaurants have the same quality of food everywhere weve been, however, this particular restaurant has a tremendous amount of flies for some reason. The building is very nice and the atmosphere is very, very good but the flies turn my wife and I off big time. We are fortunate to have a Napolis open in Forney closer to where we live.

It is very dark inside, and you can not even see your food.... Maybe they do not want you to see it.... Most of the staff is arrogant and not friendly. If you need Italian Food, go somewhere else, or just go to Wal-Mart which is next door and buy a frozen Stouffers ..... Stay away from this restaurant, unless you like bad food....

Wow, what an incredible dining experience. We were treated like royalty by Donat. And our party of 8 all tasted each others dishes trying determine our favorite. They were ALL so great. My favorite was the white pizza, lasagna & chicken picata. DONT MISTAKE other Napolis for this one! This one is the best! !

Service was practically nonexistent. Asked 4 times for check. Manager said waitress was owners daughter and couldnt manage her when approached with service. I responded we all have choices. He said "good luck"! we are the only Italian restaurant in Terrell! Really! Too bad... not an acceptable response

Lobster ravioli and Chicken Piccata were incredible!! Everything came out very fast and our server Donat especially kind. It was a nice environment as well. It was quiet and the tables were spaced enough that we didnt feel too close to anyone else, I highly recommend this place !!!!

Service sucked and our food was cold. Three tables in the whole place,but our waiter was to busy chatting with a couple females to remember to get our order. Another family just walked out because the server never made it to there table! Wont be going there again!!!
