Just ordered my first order from this restuarant. They delivered, which is great. The gentleman who took my order promised something they apparently could not do. I dont have the space to go into detail here, but when i said I liked chicken scampi, he said they could do it and I asked if it had vegetables in it like peppers he said yes. I ordered, a ceasar salad, bread, desert and drink in addition and spent $25 on the meal plus tip. The salad was soggy and blah, the bread was good, the scampi tasted like plain pasta with grilled chicken - it was well prepared by had no flavor and more importantly no vegetables - I ate only a few bites. The canoli finally had some flavor but I was told there was no chocolate in it and there was. I called about the missing vegetables and got to speak to the owner - his answer was I should have ordered from him not his staff!! His offer was 1/2 off a future entree. That is not acceptable - he should have apologized and offered to replace asap not made it my fault for not ordering from him personally!

Environment was great. Not busy when we went at 5pm. Service was great. Our waitress, Kaetlyn, was really nice. Service was prompted. Food was nice and hot. Bread was fresh. Main dish was fantastic. I had spaghetti with meatballs and mushrooms and my spouse had manicotti. No complaints but so much good things to say. I would like to come during the busy hours and see if they hold up same status as they did at 5pm.

Would not recommend got2 pizzas small one sausage and cheese the other was9 topping small and bought a Greek salad the pizzas were dry no sauce the salad had2 olives in it 7 bux for the salad wish I could find a good pizza place this was so sad I gave my pizza away 32 bux down the drain will not go back so sad to see these people think this is good maybe I should open up a restaurant

We ordered here for the first time and couldnt be more happy. Delivery service was fast and the delivery girl, sorry dont know her name, was very nice. The food was delicious! I had the stromboli which was packed with flavor. The bread was crispy and nice. My wife had a pasta dish that was very tasty. Overall experience was great. Will be going back for sure : )

I asked for a salad split, waitress brings me the whole salad on one plate and says they dont like splitting. I dont care what you like, you are getting paid for what I asked for. The bread was hard as a rock, in fact a rock might have been easier to eat. I will NOT come here again. Rude service. Save yourself time, money and aggravation.

Possibly the best marinara sauce I have eaten. Ive never eaten anything from Napolis that wasnt delicious. I especially like that they will take special requests. My son loves salmon and pasta, but not the veggies. Napolis makes his dish without them. This hasnt been my experience at some other Italian restaurants.

Ordered delivery tonight and it was amazing! Got pizza, kids fettuccine and tiramisu. The pizza was HUGE. Everything was so delicious I will definitely be ordering from here again. No more chain pizza for us!! Delivery time was good and everything besides dessert was hot.

Im guessing its changed owners since the glowing reviews. Our food was no better than a frozen entree. The service was subpar, the tea was weak, and the we were the only patrons in the place...which really should tell you something in a town like this.

Their sign says they close at 10 and I called and the manager told me they were open until 10. When I arrived at 9:42 he then proceeded to tell me that they were closed. Not a good way to run a business. I will not be taking my family there ever again.

Always a wonderful experience. Dine in or carry out, and delivery. Warm inviting atmosphere for cocktails and or dinner. Friendly staff, love the owners! Perfect for a date or family. Great service even better food! One of my personal Favs in Wylie.

Disappointed. They closed before the time posted online (and we called to confirm their hours also). This is the second time this occurred. So if youre thinking about waiting until an hour before close to order, forget it. Theyll be closed!

Small Italian restaurant that almost feels like visiting the Italian mom you never had. Pizza is great, dishes are always tasty. Theres even a full bar for wine, beer or cocktails. Ive always had helpful staff for dining or pickup orders.

Great customer service & great quality food. I wanted fettuccini Alfredo and garlic bread but I didnt want to cook and didnt want to go to a restaurant. Napolis delivered it to my door hot & delicious. Thank you Napolis!

Best Italian restaurant in the area. Great staff and amazing food. Start with the free bread and marinara sauce and then point at something on the menu. Great pizzas, and the fettuccini alfredo is amazing.

All the entrees I have tried have been so delicious and made fresh when you order. Pizza has the freshest toppings. You get a lot for your money. It is well worth trying over and over.
