Our waitress asked us if we wanted a booth or table, but didnt offer us a high chair for our baby girl. When she came back, we asked for a high chair, and she told us we couldnt have one at a booth because it was a safety concern. Never heard that before! We asked for a booster seat, but it was covered in syrup. And our baby is just too young to safely sit in a booster seat. She jumped up over and over again, tried to climb over the back of the seat to the people behind us (who she was surely disturbing!), and finally almost fell under the table. After several minutes of this dangerous situation (wiping syrup off my hands and the booster seat the whole time), we just left without ordering. We were really disappointed because we have always had great experiences at IHOP elsewhere. We went to the Steak and Shake next door, where we were allowed to have a high chair at a booth. It always bothers me when waitresses or restaurant managers make up regulations out of thin air. Obviously this isnt a city ordinance, or else only IHOP follows it. This "safety concern" nearly caused our baby to injure herself falling out of a booster seat.

Worst Ihop. The manager Becky was extremely rude. We originally were only seating for 3 people but my daughters decide to meet us here so we pulled up a chair and she came and told us we couldnt do that cause it was blocking the isle. We literally just turned the chair around from the other table where the chair was, again in the same isle. She said if we wanted to have more seating we were more than welcome to get up and wait in line again after waiting 30 min. She said Im going to seat another family here. I said again, how is that any different, the chair is blocking the SAME isle. She was extremely rude and said call the fire marshal, its not my problem. Her orinigal approach set the whole tone on how rude she approached us. Snotty and very unprofessional. She has no interpersonal skills and not sure how she is a manager. The way she spoke to her staff was even rude. I was taking a picture so i can explain when i call corporate and she had the nerve to tell me I should not be taking a picture. I laughed and said whatever and took it anyway.

On sunday obviously a very busy day, I expected to wait for 30 minutes to be seated, I was called to the table, the table was nasty, so I called someone to clean it, they came and did it, as soon as we seated, we order, it tooked more than 30 minutes to be served, other people that came 10 minutes after me, and were served before, when the order arrived, I got the wrong order... I understand the delate, but I was serve after people that arrived later than me, that really puzzle me, also the table was nasty and the silverware was on top of the nasty table... I ended paying my bill, and even tipped, it was not question of money, but the bad service... I wish they were cleaner, and more organized

If I can give it 0 stars I would. Just left from up there and Im more than dissatisfied. So I called to place a to go order and asked if they accepted the Birthday coupons through to go orders I was told yes I ordered that a couple more entrée. Got there and The manager was just like "No you cant use that, if you read it says DINE IN ONLY". Never have I got such rude service from this ihop. Also I ordered a 2*2*2 but I got two pancakes with burnt eggs and ONE sausage. I called and told them and all they could say was "UHHHHHH" I know I will not return to this IHOP ever. Just Horrible

Good food, decent prices are why I return to IHOP again & again. Sometimes wait times are long (> 30 minutes) but the service & food quality and taste make up for it. I routinely order breakfast (regardless of time of day) and recommend the spinach & mushroom omelet, served with hollandaise sauce, 3 pancakes. Pancakes should be fluffy but is not always the case. Can deviate from that but overall a good value. Be sure to ask for *freshly brewed* coffee. My server was attentive & brought a fresh hot coffee carafe because she noticed the coffee was cold.

Dirty, water leaking from ceiling onto patrons, table was dirty, waitress brought us coffee cups that were obviously dirty, and then acted incensed that we said anything about it. Waitress never cleaned the table nor offered to clean it. Once order was taken she never came back except to drop off food and check ,out of habit ,the quality of food. We always enjoy Our local IHOP, however , this experience was not enjoyable. The place needs a deep cleaning and maintenance. The wait staff need to care.

I ordered to-go food and when I got it home I realized that the caramel sauce for my waffle was not on there or in the bag. When I called back up there to ask about it I was told that I was wrong and that it was on the waffle. I brought it back up there and even after the manager saw that it was bone dry she continued to argue with me saying that she saw it on there before even though it clearly was not. What was a simple mistake turned a big deal. Customer service and integrity is clearly lacking.

Had the birthday coupon approved by the waitress at the table but was told to pay 8 dollars for a stack of 4 pancakes at the checkout by a different waiter. Bad customer service over all because of this. Manager even argued that the waitress couldnt approve it and that he needed to approve it before I could have used it. I dont recommend this ihop due to the staff. Waitress should be glad she got a tip from my friend. Lost a customer.

They do have a waiter that sings. I had the pleasure to listen to him sing as he worked. I didnt have him as my server, but I enjoyed his attitude about working. It brightened the whole side of the restaurant he was on. I could tell a difference in the other staff as well. He genuinely loves his job and it shows. If only a single waffle didnt cost five dollars... Seriously, a waffle shouldnt cost that much.

IHOP! Woooooo where do I start? Food as always. Amazing! The service was great. Taylor was a great server. To kind! Great customer service! The only thing that was bothering me was a smell thats not pleasant when walking in a restaurant. Hopefully when I come again the place wont have that odor. Chef Gordon Ramsey. Might approve!!! Thanks again!

Horrible serrvice. Took 25 minutes to get my food on a slow weeknight. My server "delonte" never checked on me. I tried for 15 minutes to get his attention to bring me ketchup for my hashnrown that i ultimately sent back because it was cold after waiting forever to get his attention. Im giving 1 star for the food, the only good thing about my night.

I try to take my 92 year old father to IHOP often... And we love the experience! One time dad wanted a special Wheat Bread and having none, the manager went out and got him some. I recommend IHOP for all ages. The staff is exceptionally friendly and you dont have to wait long for the meal preparation.
