After waiting 10 minutes in line it was my turn to order. No one ever came on the speaker to take my order. I pulled up to the window after waiting four minutes of silence. The lady repeated someones order and I explained to her it was not mine. She asked what I ordered and i explained no one ever took my order. She then closed the window without saying a word. At this point I was beyond annoyed, so I just went somewhere else. Incredibly annoying after waiting 15 minutes in line.

Filthy Mens Room. I mean disgustingly filthy. Staff was professional but not at all friendly. Food took ridiculously long, which was surprising given that there were only 3 tables occupied and one was already eating. Hamburger buns were stale. Incredibly disappointing visit to Whataburger. But, Ill be back because its still Whataburger and the worst visit here is still better than the garbage that the golden arches serves.

Ive only been here twice but both times there was order confusion between myself and another patron. The last time, they called my number and gave me someone elses order. Previous to that, the manager was visibly and outwardly upset with another coworker whom had left the counter. Poor girl had to man the register and wasnt happy about it.

There is no better store in the whole Whataburger Chain than the Whataburger in Sachse. Not only is the food great but the staff is even better! Everyone from Victoria, Alexus, Ivy, Daryl, Trevor, Jasmine, Lydia and everyone else are always super friendly and lives and breathes the Whataburger way. Great restaurant and great people!!

The food is typical Whataburger food which is my favorite fast food burger. Be sure and check your order at this location though. It is often wrong. Again tonight, asked for no cheese and instead received double cheese. If you dont mind a surprise in your bag when you get home, this restaurant is for you!

I do not know why I bother with the drive thru. They always get my order messed up. I asked for no onions on meal number 1 and guess what, I got Tons of onions. I guess I have to go inside and order my food. They get it right when I go inside and of course it tastes good then.

I like their jalapeño biscuits and hashbrowns. The biscuits arent spicy really, but they ate still very tasty. The hashbrowns arent greasy. We were greeted promptly and service was friendly. Someone even stopped and asked if we needed anything midway into our meal.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff and the counter staff didnt communicate well, but the problem was corrected without fuss. The ingredients were fresh and good. Great place to stop on a long trip. Everything waa clean.

The franchise food is good but second time in a row I have purchased food here, got home and food was wrong. Nothing worse than being hungry, going to dig in, and its covered in stuff you dont like that cant be picked off.

The manager Trevor went out of his way to fix my order. I basically ordered wrong and he insisted to correct it for free and I was willing to pay. I would recommend this place for great food but also customer service.
