I guess these other two reviewers have just caught them on good days... The food is good...when its all there and made the way its ordered (which is a rarity for this Whataburger). Ive only experienced having and entire correct order ONCE out of all of the times that Ive been here. Every time Ive had to go in, the wait is ridiculous. My mom wanted an apple pie. I was told that it would be an 8 minute wait and it ended up taking about 15 minutes. This morning, I went through the drive through, and the woman operating it defintely needed to take some Midol or something. She was completely rude. I ended up sitting at the order box thing for about five minutes. I would have left if I wasnt boxed in. When I spoke into it and said that Id like to order, she met me with an attitude and a response that "I thought you already ordered" like it was an inconvenience. When I got to the window, she was equally as short and rude. Not impressed, and never coming back.

Once again you cannot get any of my order right. I will start going to the other one on the other end of town. My Order that I went inside to get. 2 bacon egg taquitos 2 cheeseburgers with no onion no pickles 2 fries 3 drinks What we got (Did not check the bag until I got home(Ill take the fault of that though it still does not excuse the huge error) 4 sausage taquitos 2 sausage breakfast sandwiches 3 fries 3 drinks How do you screw this up this bad. I will be sending copies of my receipt to the manager with the pictures of what we actually got.

This Whataburger does a good job. I have found that even though Whataburger says you can customize your order, they rarely give you what you ordered. This one is better than the rest in the DFW area, but still not perfect. The other way they exceed expectations in the DFW Whataburgers is the wait. Often you can wait 10 minutes for a simple order, but this one manages their lines well and you can get out in ~5 most times, even with a 5+ car line. Food is no different than other Whataburgers, which I enjoy.

Ive been going to this store for years, and as long as you go inside to eat all is great. But the drive thru experience is awful! I like taking my meal back home, but it never fails that some, if not half, of my order is missing. I have had to call and complain on 3 different occasions, bit it has happened more times than not. If you do use the drive thru, please go through your bag and make sure that all is correct!

Taste is always good. They go thru many employees though. :( Too often I order something as clear as possible and they get it wrong. I like coming here, but Id love to see familiar faces. I come here too often and never seem to see the same faces week to week. I feel like this place could be better if it could hold onto some quality employees. Be sure to ask them to repeat your order to you after you are done.

Always gets my order wrong, food sometimes is cold. When I was living in the area I would drive the extra distance to go to the other one in Rowlett because they tend to get the order correct and when going through the drive through when I got home the food was actually still warm and its an extra 15 minutes away than this one. Would suggest if you want Whataburger go to a different location!

This place is very good but often mess simple orders up and have long wait times very frequently. I have waited in drive thru line for over 15 minutes one time; normally I would just leave but the kids were starving. I except whataburger to be fast and fresh and right, there are other great options for a burger near it that I often go to just because of how inconsistent this location is.

Here again to try and give another try but here I sit in line for over 33 minutes now! Its fast food!!!! Ridiculous! Then the lady tries to tell me I cant order breakfast because it was past 11. Ive been in your non moving line for the past 15 minutes!!!! I could have sat down and had a full meal elsewhere! They need new management or something!

If youre passing through rowlett, go to the Whataburger on the Weat side of town. This location is terrible. Service is atrocious, your burger will be, 100% of the time, burnt to a crisp, and your fries will always be stale and inedible. I live in rowlett, and Ill drive the extra 10 minutes to the other whataburger for better food.

I ordered chicken strips with my hunny and this is what we got after waiting 45 mins, the people were rude though we were very patient, after we received this we will not be returning to this establishment any time soon! Paid 16$ for 5 chicken nuggets and one actual chicken strip lmfao so small

8/2/17 9:52pm no line in drive-thru just me. Super rude cashier more interested in CO worker in khaki colored uniforms cell phone. She said two things to me in unfriendly tone: "$10" and "yeah" when I asked if ketchup was in my bag. Fries upside down in bag and spicy ketchup only.

1 person in drive thru, 1 simple combo. Gave my order to someone else. Im a very patient guy but this Whataburger is super slow. I frequent the Whataburger in mesquite often and service is fast, never will I visit the one in rowlett and I live in rowlett what a shame.

We live close and so when it was built, we were really happy to not have to drive down past Rowlett Road. Over the last year the service and quality have been horrendous! Never going again. Which makes me even more furious that I have to go somewhere else.

Saturday April 8, 2017 12:27pm OMG I HAVE BEEN SITTING HERE AT THE DRIVE THUR FOR 10 MINUTES NOT EVEN MOVING AT ALL. VERY VERY SLOW WITH SERVICE AT DRIVE THUR. Did not even get ketchup. My fries are not even warm. My burger is cold too. Wow.

Food poisoning from the burger(been puking for hours now after eating a burger and onion ring) and the girl at the drive through should not work customer service she was super rude, made it seem like she was incapable of being polite ..

#7 with fries and a Dr. Pepper is the way to go. Did you know that every burger on the menu can be had in a junior size? All the years I have been in Whataburger I finally read that in the small print right on the menu. Brilliant!

Took 18 minutes to get 2 kid meals. Didnt get the cookies and had to ask for them- Manager asked me to check the bag and make sure I was correct. Fries came out cold. Dr. Pepper was empty. Pretty bad experience.

The food is good Wataburger quality but the service here can be lacking. Double-check your order before you drive off or Id bet you a 50% rate of error if you said, "NO ONION" or no tomato, or unsweetened tea, etc.

Paid for a full meal all the food was cold... I asked for fresh fries and the manager gave me an attitude wtf. I wish I can take a picture cause it looks like someone jabbed their finger in my burger.
