I just want to say this, I usually dont comment. Yesterday my husband and I came in I wanted waffles. First of all we go to walk in the the doors and almost every area of glass is dirty, we thought oh maybe theyve been busy. We proceed to go seat ourselves right by the counter. Nobody greets us theyre not busy, all the girls walked by us all they were doing was talking to each other and were not professional at all. Finally someone comes over they looked confused not sure who to wait on us really? My husband asked if he could get a towel to wipe the stickiness off table, that took another 5 min. We literally were gonna walk out. The place needs cleaning, better staff. It was a disappointment. Our silverware was even dirty. My husband received his food, I got my bacon, then a min later eggs and he even asked when I would get my waffles. What ever happened bringing food out together? I really guess I need to let you know this because its affecting your customer service and thats not good for a business. Dont know if we will be back

I havent been to one in about 15 years so I thought Id give it a try. Big mistake. The place is filthy, we had to ask them to wipe our table down when we got seated because they didnt and there was still food on it. We should have left after the lack luster attempt at wiping down our table was done especially after discovering how sticky the table was still. We then had to ask for enough menus and the waitress expressed surprise that we werent going to just share them. Classy. The food was terrible. I wouldnt come back if they paid me to eat here. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else.

Came in to the store. There was one group of 4 people. Im assuming that they had already been helped. Most of the tables were dirty. When I did find a somewhat clean table, my girlfriend and I sat down and looked at the menus that were stuck to the table. I did not see one person working in the restaurant. We waited for around 10 minutes before we realized that no one was in slightest bit interested in serving us. We left.

I was ready for a good home tasting breakfast after a long move & to many fast food stops.. This place was great and the service & promptness of our order was GREAT... Avery freindly comfortable place w-good food.. I recommend this 2 all in the area!!!! Thanx 4 a great experience, Angela Payton

Nice alternative to IHOP next door when time is spent waiting. Always a classic breakfast cooked to order in front of you. Limited to bar seating or a few booths. We enjoy the large breakfast and share with our youngest. They are open 24/7 an are a good late night breakfast deal.

Freezing cold inside and its 37 outside. I asked four times to please shut off air but was ignored. If you arent a trucker or a construction worker then you get lousy service or ignored altogether. Going back to Chick Fil A tomorrow where they know how to treat people.

Asked for coffee when we sat down didnt get it till after my food. The gave us very well done bacon tasted burnt. I love Waffle House but this was my third bad experience with it. Guess My waffle house days are over.
