Ok look everyone I love all of my customers I think they are great. Yaw make me smile when I have a bad day. But Im going to say a few things about Jack in the box as an employee to my customers its not to get anyone upset or anything please have your minds open and if I get negative feedback then dont bother okay please. Im 19 years old and been there since August yes I agree the service could be a little fast I mean I hate for my customers to wait on there food it upsets me but if we are busy in that hour which Im guess yaw been waiting that long we should be. Then I personally do apologize to my customers yaw are my number one priority and I hope u come back and give use a shot give me a shot usually I work overnight but if u have any concerns Ill be glad to talk to yaw. But please saying we support drugs is out rageous oh munchies means is 9pm to 5am for customers that got off of work and would love a awesome deal for $6.50 with tax. I have read a lot of complaints from everyone some are good and some are bad not going to lie but put urself in our shoes. That is how I understand what it is like to work over here but Ill tell yaw this if yaw give us another shot I will show yaw how good Jack really is cause we got this new pepper jack which is amazing now if u dont like hot or a little kick in the food no need to order it but it is delicious. I know my boss will see this and I may or may not get in trouble but I been quite to long. Jack means a lot to me the headphones that we use to take your order sometimes we cant hear you and I apologize for that so if u can a little speak up a little bit not to much to where yaw not screaming and please look on the screen for everything that you order if something doesnt say what u asked for simply let us know and we will fix it for u immediately Im very good at memorizing what u want and sometimes I mess up but I always repeat my order to yaw to get no misunderstanding now if u said something that I didnt hear it then I will fix it. I worked with a lot of amazing people. I know the struggle with lunch break and everything but please please be patient. Yaw mean a lot to me and my fellow coworkers and one thing I want to tell yaw is yaw make my day everyday never forget to me yaw are apart of jack in the box family and will always do please try to give us another chance and again not trying to get anyone upset or anything but please open your mind and your hearts

1Stuffed Cabbages Ingredients 2 heads of cabbage 1q222 2 lbs ground beef (or veal/beef/pork mix) 3 cups cooked rice 1 egg 222 1 tsp garlic q2q112222 1 tbsp parsley 2 slices diced onion 1 -15 oz. can tomato sauce 1-28 oz. can crushed tomatoes 1/4 cup tomato sauce (in meat) Salt & Pepper to taste Preparation Put a head of cabbage in a pot of boiling water, and peel off the cabbage leaves one at a time. Cut off the rough part on the end of the cabbage leaf with a sharp knife. Mix all ingredients together except the 15 oz can of tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes and put a small amount (size of a sausage) on a cabbage leaf, and roll up like a fajita and place seam side down in a casserole dish. I put tomato sauce and a cabbage leaf or 2 on the bottom of the casserole dish so the Halupky wont burn. Pour crushed tomatoes over Halupkys. Cover and bake approximately 75 minutes at 375º. Turn oven down to 325º and bake for approximately 90 more minutes until cabbage is tender. Baste every hour. Serve with tomato sauce. Waited behind six cars for almost 15 minutes before the line ever moved. I ordered a Ultimate Double Cheeseburger, dry (no sauce) with all the veggies, and a Sourdough Jack and drinks. The drinks were right. I got a Jr Cheeseburger full of sauce, no veggies and only one meat (charged for a Jumbo Cheese), no sourdough jack at all. When I called to ask about the double cheeseburger, she said that they did have double cheeseburgers. Whats the Ultimate Cheeseburger? She said I could come back, but Im already at work and have given my coworkers their food before discovering it. The wait took up our lunch hour for goodness sake. I cant come back. Seriously.

Im Only giving 1star because I Can Not give any less. They took 10 mins to take my order in the drive thru. Far from fast food! Then received my burgers one of which was wrong. They remade it twice the wrong way. Then the cook came to the window and chewed me out for ordering it wrong...which I did not. By the time it was all said and done I was there 20 mins and my initial order was cold. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

One word to describe this food which is horrible. I really strongly disliked it because the customer service was rude, and they were slow. Another thing was that their food looked like cat crap. I am probably never going to eat jack in the box again. They also support drug use because they call some of the meals the munchies meals. Bye Jack in the Box

I love jack in the box but this one is horrible. I have tried 3 times to give them a chance and they cant seem to get it right. EVERYTIME my order is messed up and /or missing something. Every single time. Plus I never once received napkins in my bag. This was my last try. We will not be back until they can hire competent, literate people.

This jack sucks! Drive thru is super slow, then you go inside and its like your invisble and no one can take your order and when you get your food something is missing or they only fill your fries half way, thats why I got to the one in murphy

Staff was very friendly - but getting food was extremely long. They gave our order away and we had to wait while they re-did it. This was the first time I had eaten at Jack in the Box in years. Now I remember why.

Food was fresh and fast. Restaurant was dirty, Tables were filthy floors were disgusting and greasy. Roof repairs were in process and we picked up a roofing nail in our tire. Needless to say not a good experience.

Staff seems pretty good was 8 pm when I was there. Had a Oreo shake was delicious but my significant others shake looked like it was kinda melted luckily thats the was she likes it. Overall pretty tasty

It is basically a daycare center for the high school kids that "work" there. Should you have the misfortune of patronizing this establishment, prepare to supervise a pack of wild teenagers.
