Food is nasty. French toast was burned but yet not cooked all the way. Sausage was only cooked on one side. The cook was on his cell phone while he was cooking ! Waitresses just stand at this table and talk to each other. I will not ever come back here again. I may even call someone to look into this a place be cuz service was horrible, food was not cooked but burned, ITS IS 8AM AND THE BATHROOM IS SO DIRTY. I dont think they clean it much.

Edit: They have hired a lot of new staff members and they have worked on bettering the service. Ive gone back several times since my last review 6 months ago and Im pleased with the improvements theyve made. Side note I love their waffles and would recommend the golden waffle platter to anyone. The only reason Im not giving a 5 star review is because I feel the overall cleanliness of the restaurant could still be better.

Its pretty simple, nothing fancy or really impressive about the interior. Staff are pretty nice. We came in later one evening after a movie to grab a bite to eat. I had the Southern Smothered Biscuit Platter which really won me over. Its filling and well-made for what youd expect at a relaxed breakfast style restaurant. Id stop by again to see if the smothered biscuit lives up to it a second time.

Well sign says 24hrs, website says 24hrs. Went there, the doors are locked. Could see 2 workers inside, knocked multiple times and we were completely ignored. There was no sign as to why they were closed. Not impressed. Guys inside looked right at us too and didnt even bother to acknowledge our presence. This place lost a customer and I hardly came to begin with.

first time there was a flop. horrible service. gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. takes alot to gross me out but the wait staff and hostess were disgusting. sweaty arm pits, ungroomed hair. felt like we walked into a waffle house reject convention. FAIL. Mamas Daughters diner made things all better. shame on me for straying away. never again.

It says that it is 24 hours on the website and google maps. When I called, they said they are only open 24 hours on certain days. I dont understand why they cant just update the times to save people from traveling there. Customer service is great when you have Charles there, the other waiter(s) dont even make an effort to acknowledge a customer(s).

Eat here almost every Sunday. The service is awesome most of the time! When its not, the manager will go above and beyond. As always well continue to come here. For $8.00 you get a waffle, biscuits and gravy or grits, bacon or sausage, and 2 eggs with the MVP. If you dont consider that bang for the buck idk what to tell you.

I ordered the 2eggs, Breakfast Platter. Food was hot, and dilicious. Adequate portions, friendly staff, nice environment, clean, and clean silverware.My waitress was attentive, and warmed my coffee, without me asking her! I would recommend given Huddle House another look.

Went in with my wife. Waited almost 10 minutes with not even a hello or drink order inquiry, NOTHING!!! The wait staff was focused on a huge party of like 20 very loud patrons, with a bunch of kids running around. Restroom was inaccessible due to the large party.

Breakfast service was fast and polite, and their waffles (which seem to be their calling card) were pretty good. Its nothing special; as others have said, its basically just like Dennys - but you could do a lot worse in East Texas. No complaints.

The manager Tonya is nasty to both her customers and associates. She belittles them in front of customers and when I told her she needs to take them she yelled..seriously yelled and told me she kwen what she was doing and to keep out of her job

When it opened was awesome a steady slide in all aspects of the business. Sad I really wish it was managed correctly used to be good now less than a 50 -50% chance of getting decent food and service - dag nab it get it right we all want you to!

Worst service on Mothers Day! Sat for 15 minutes while several tables that sat down AFTER us were served drinks and their orders were taken. Our table of 5 was NEVER EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED! They lost customers today. We got up and left.

Unimpressed with Huddle House. Weve been twice and just dont like the food or atmosphere. Service was good but we never think of Huddle House even when they send out their advertised specials. We dump them in the trash.

They do close early (12 midnight) on Sunday and Monday. Good value for your money... they do need to hire more people though. If youre looking for 5 star dining, go pay for it.
