Just went through the drive thru and the girl was so rude. When she gave me my food she opened the window and shoved the bag at me. She was on her headset and didnt even look at me. I said something of the sort of wow you just shove food at people so such a great job at it. She said she was busy with other orders and yelled have a nice day. If this was the first time my service was bad I wouldnt leave this review but the last time I went in there it was like I was back in a high school lunch room.....and NOT because of the customers. It was the employees cussing and cutting up. Its pitiful and Ill take my business elsewhere.

Food is regular jack in the crack food. We eat it when its late and kids need to go to bed. The lady that works the night shift has the worst attitude in Gods green earth. She shoved the food at you and doesnt even tell you that your order is done. I got her one time and she gave me my food and didnt say a word. She just opened the window and didnt even give me a total. She just had her hand out for payment. After I got my food I figured she was having a bad day do I told her to smile and I told her that hope everything gets better throughout her shift and she rolled her eyes and closed the window.

I LOVE JACK IN THE BOX, BUT DONT GO TO THIS ONE!! Today they got half our order wrong and left part of it out. I tried to call and discuss it with them, and the guy kept interrupting me. I never did get to tell him everything that was wrong with our order! He passed me off to a woman who couldnt speak English well; then she interrupted me AND hung up on me. I tried calling back, and they wouldnt answer the phone for a long time. Once the guy finally did answer, all he did was argue and tell me that I was asking for to much to get what we ordered.

I literally just bought food. # 2 and 4 tacos and curly fries and got home. Everything was cold. Not even warm. I asked for a receipt before I left drive through ( I paid with credit card) and she said in the bag. Came home and when discovered the food was cold didnt find receipt. Called and spoke to a lady but she conveniently hung up on me. Called back and no one answered. This is just bad service. I wouldnt be so upset if the food was at least warm but it wasnt at all. Very upset at the Indian lady at the drive through.

There is a african american lady who works the late shift most of the time that has the worst adatude Ive ever been witness to how she has a job still baffles me most the time she tells you the computers are down and its going to be hrs before there back up this has happened seven times this year and if your lucky enough to place a order she acts like she hates you for making her do something they need tof do something about that lady.

The employees here are Pants On Head retarded. This place is the most ridiculous fast food joint in like a 20 mile radius. These workers cant even complete the simplest task. Every time I hear of someone that has gone to this particular Jack in the box its alway a tale of woe and how incompetent everyone that works there is. Simply put, go anywhere else but here.

Doesnt even deserve a star. The short older Asian guy was rude and basically shoved the food out the window. When asked for condiments he gave the wrong ones and quickly closed the window not giving enough time to even say a word..... If you know you hate dealing with people I suggest you look for a different job!.... Never coming here again!

Cuz sometimes during the late night the workers will say that the shake machine is closed just so they dont have to make you a shake Ive had one young lady go out of her way I guess to make me a shake and I was very impressed but thats why they dont get five stars is because not everyone will give you shake

Its my 2nd time eating out late at night @ Jack in the box that satisfied me (1st time @ this location). This location deserved 5 stars for a hot & crunchy chicken sandwich & curly fries. Great job :)
