Typically spend 25 minutes here is the truth!!!! I go through drive thru every time and they mess up EVERYTIME. Slow service horrible staff and the general manager is a creep. No I dont want a free Whataburger next time I come I want my money back and for you to do your damn job and get your store in check. Ive legitly got frozen chicken tenders in my pie box. That could of caused some serious disseases. If you order pie make sure its in the bag they like to forget it a lot and if you get fries make sure to say fresh because I gurantee you your fries will be old and cold. My sister and I both worked here when we where younger so we know the behind the scenes and lets just say its gross. You have people hanging out in the fridge acting a fool when there is stuff needing to be done. The manager does nothing but apologize and try to give us coupons. I would much rather him do his job the right way the first time then get coupons and waste 30 minutes of my time to get cold and missing food.

If i could rate them lower trust me I would! The lack of respect and standards displayed by the lonestar icon is outrageous! I made eye contact with more then 4 employees and still could not receive help! The young lady on her lunch break had to get up interrupt what Im assuming is her dinner to try and aid me. After speaking with the manager for less then 45 seconds where she hung up on me. Now I understand the lack of standard. Im a South Texas man where Whataburger is a staple and I can not belive the laconic attention, standard and respect this store displayed!

I wouldnt even give Whataburger in Forney the one star but it makes me in order to type comment. WORST customer service ever!! I kid you not the our order is wrong every time we go there. Tonight took the cake! Order wrong again and instead of remaking the order they just took everything off and the one thing you cant remove is the smell and taste of onions. After complaining again they admitted they just took stuff off instead of remaking them which they also admitted was their policy... Lazy!!

Getting sloppy Used to be good food now preparation is horrible. Also recently got home and opened bag of food to see that the burger had been half wrapped and there was pie filling from the pie all over it. Wasnt a tasty burger. And that 2nd lane has to go- you get directed to sit in a B lane and you just sit there and watch several cars that were behind you in line get their food and leave long before you do. Itll be awhile before I try them again. Never seen a location like this.

Love Whataburger..this one struggles to get orders out. Ive been there at least 30 times. They are always in the weeds during a rush like they never expect a crowd at lunch 20 mins plus, Sundays forget it. Its gotta be bad management focusing on the wrong stuff. Yeah its clean but what about getting orders out on time AND getting the order right, you got maybe 50 50 chance of that. Cold whataburgers dont cut it. Who else doesnt trust the rounded up prices?

food was good my cashier was great ....but you know one thing can spoil everything....we thought we heard our number called and my daughter went to the counter to get it and the young lady ....teenager.... was very rude and snappy at my daughter and gave her like this go to hell look .....I could not catch her name frome the name tag but it started with a P and was at least 7 or 8 letters long .....im very disappointed

The food is good and the people are nice during the day. Cant say the same for night shifters. And no matter what time of the day it is they have never once gotten my entire order correct, by that i mean they forget the fries or toast, or an entire burger. This makes the drive-thru pointless when I have to go inside to correct them every single time.

GM needs to stay on top of things more and be more professional with the customers . Staff is constantly changing thats a sign of mismanagement too much turnover. Someone from corporate should look into this. Held the door open for a staff member and didnt say Thank you or nothing as he was leaving. Just laughed as he got in his parents Mercedes.

The food is always good and I have never noticed the facility being unclean. They have messed up on our orders a couple of times, but they are always more than helpful, and willing to over correct their mistake. We are all human, so it isnt the end of the world. The manager, Don is always exceptionally friendly as well.

Kinda Disappointed there was no Coke Zero available, first Whataburger i have visited and it wasnt on the menu. A traditional glowing orange W in the sky would have helped in locating the store better, we missed it looking for the sky and had to circle back around due to coming drom the opposite direction of the freeway

My first experience at Whataburger and I was extremely satisfied. The woman taking my order was polite and made sure to tell me what was on the sandwich before I paid for it. I would have been happier if the bathroom smelled better but it was still clean so 5 stars

Went there today to get my regular combo, and TXU sent me a complementary coupon saying, buy a what-a-burget and get one Free, store mgr.said I would have to buy a sandwich only , it didnt make since to me,so next time I get a burger I will go down the street !!!

Went in there on my lunch break. Took 25 minutes to get my food for dine in. Had to take to go to make it back to work. Table I was sitting at was dirty and when I got my food it was cold. Will not ever eat here again use to eat there at least 3 times a week.

I have always said that Whataburger makes the best fast food burger in TX. They did however put the dirtiest location in Forney TX. The food does not even taste like it is from Whataburger. VERY disturbing! Service is just as bad.

We waited for 27 minutes for our food. It was mediocre at best hamburger was Salty,bun was definitely old and the onion rings were not hot at all. Not a good choice on our part wont be back
