I had a problem with getting the order wrong constantly even forgetting items in the bag. Theyve improved a great deal and I havent had any issues with the orders at any time of day of night since. Well see in the future. EDIT: Expect to be given the run-around if you want to work here and youre a college student. Even if you get hired, have experience, are available any time, and get that welcome aboard handshake, good luck ever seeing your first day. That social security card and uniform they told you to bring for the first day are useless without being scheduled. Your application will expire after waiting 21 days and your not worth the investment. Youll happily direct friends and family to the Whataburger on SH-77/Lavon.

This is my favorite location. The people are always friendly and its not as busy as other locations. The burger builder messed up on my order on my last visit. The wrapper was marked correctly but the onions were taken off instead of the tomatoes. I love onions, so I was really disappointed. I didnt dine in so I was unable to ask for any.

Arguably one of the best Whataburgers Ive been to in regards to staff and quality of service. Their breakfast, although fast food, is as close to a sit-down restaurant quality as you will get. Im not a fan of their sandwiches except the whaler, which is great. And they have better milkshakes than most. Viva jalapeño cheddar biscuit!

Slowest whataburger Ive ever been to. Sat in drive through (not behind other people) for almost 20 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich a while back. I gave them another chance recently and it took about 14 minutes for a regular whatachicken. They like to have you pull up and then forget about you I guess.

Bad service. They charge for extra BBQ sauce but dont put it in bag even though they say they did. Also, the soda was all water and carbonation with no flavor. Tried calling to complain for 20 minutes with no answer. Will be the last time going there.

See if I have to wait on fast food, it has to be worth it. Good flavors on the food, but twice I got the wrong order. I could complain but I didnt. They also load up on the ice. 2 stars cause they take there time to mess up.

Stopped here for a Whataburger with the boys. I love the new options and try something new each time. I have had the A1 Thick and Hearty and the fresh grilled patties with melted cheese is really great.

They suck 6times labeled lemon Im allergic to apple when I have an allergic reaction and bottom out .Im sueing.I have tried to be nice about it but unfortunately got a bunch of idiots working
