Samui is a favorite of my entire family! Everyone can eat here. Weve been dining here for years. This time my daughter asked to have her birthday dinner at Samui. Shes Vegan and there are tons of great food choices for her. They let us bring in our own cake. They took it from us, refrigerated it, brought it out at the right time with candles, plates and forks. They are above and beyond with their service and saw to our every need. Ive had some very incredible service at other restaurants but Im not sure Ive ever had better than here. The food is incredible and the portions are very large. No one in our party of 9 people was able to complete their meal. And the server patiently packed our leftovers in containers and put them in individual bags Its an excellent dining experience and I look forward to going again.

Went with our work group today. We were greeted and seated quickly. The ambiance is nice but the food was terrible. Ordered Pad Kee Mow, asked for 4/5 spice level. My noodles were EXTREMELY SALTY!! Not sure what happened there...did they add a ton of salt (soy sauce) instead of spice? Ate only 20-25% of my dish and came out hungry. The thai ice tea was good and egg roll was just ok. But the main dish was very disappointing. 18% gratuity was added automatically to a party of 5! I can not recommend this place to anyone. For this price there are many better thai food options out there. Stay away.

Visited on Monday night a couple of weeks ago 6:30 - 7pm. Service was the typical unskilled waitress pushing every 5 minutes to order an entree, even before we had even partially finished cocktails. Ordered a pork entree which was so overcooked that I sent it back for chicken instead. Chicken was also overcooked. Tasted like it had been pre-boiled and then stir fried with the veggies. Very disappointing meal. There were less than 10 people there for dinner so no reason for the cooks to be precooking meats or be in a rush to send out food.

NIGHTMARE! 1.) We were seated at a dirty table. 2.) Our waitress never bothered to come and check on us. 3.) I had to get up and go on a man hunt to find someone to refill our drinks. 4.) Our appetizers were BURNT! 5.) I had to get up once again and search for someone to bring us our bill. Theyre lucky that my boyfriend has a good heart because I wouldnt have left a dime for a tip. Ive waited tables for 8 years of my life throughout college and Id have to say this was the worst meal and service Ive ever received. WILL NOT BE BACK!

This is now my second visit to Samui and both times have been absolutely fantastic! The food is delicious and the service is impeccable. We ordered the Shumai, Beef Mussaman, Bah-mee, and the mango sticky rice. All were perfect. Our server, "A", is probably my favorite waitress Ive ever had, and we were lucky enough to have her both times. I cannot recommend this place enough and I cant wait to go back!

The place is nice and a good place for a date. The food is average and the drinks are awful - especially the mojito - do not try them - they have no idea how to make those. Nice decor and internal stuff but not something I would strongly recommend if food and drinks quality is what you are looking for. Good place to take a date and social group of friends.

Great tasting food at reasonable prices and in a pleasant ambience. Lot of options to choose from.. portions are good for two people to share. Variety of drinks available and our hostess helped us choose a drink that paired well with the food we ordered. One of the best things is the hospitality by their staff members.. everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Decided to try a new restaurant for lunch. I didnt realize that they messed up my order until I left, so I returned it back just to receive the same order. So instead of re making a new one they just picked out the items that I didnt want but I saw that they forgot to pick out some. I will not be returning here again. What a waste of money.

4.5 STARS: Great atmosphere, superb food (I am a Thai Food freak!), service could be better but nothing to gripe about....yet. I like that they are generous with their meat(s) dishes and that they dont mix in veggies to make it look plentiful when its not! And the portions are awesome. Their dinner platters are a little pricey though.

My family and I ordered many plates here just to try them out. Was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful and delicious the food was. Wait staff was also A++. I tend to be bias against these restaurants in metro areas as they tend to water the flavors down to appeal to the mass but this restaurant knows how to do business.

Nice ambiance, setting and decor. Modern trendy multi cultural crowd. First time here. Large variety of choices. I had my favorite the red curry with chicken. It was nothing special. I travel to various thai restaurants in the area but keep in mind this is the only dish Ive tried. Good customer service however!

Great green curry, got medium spicy and it was just right! Had the avocado crab rolls and the dipping sauce is wow! The Tom Kah soup was to die for. Dont waste space on the edamame; sadly its subpar. Our waitress was so sweet and knew the menu well! Great ambiance. Something for everyone here!

Fantastic Thai food. Very reasonably priced. Nice, comfortable, relaxing restaurant. I throughly enjoyed my meal, it completely hit the spot and its one of those restaurants that you cant stop thinking when am I going to go back as you know the next time you crave Thai thats first on your list.

Been here several times for dinner, and my favorite appetizer would be the bags of gold. The chicken red curry and the beef pad kee mow are equally delicious. Reasonable prices, and great service. Located in Shops at Legacy, weekends are quite busy so good luck finding parking!

Its typical american Dallas area Thai food. Kind-of boring. Curry isnt thick and they take the galangal and lemongrass out of the soups before serving. The noodles are un-flavorful. Bit expensive too. Nice atmosphere, but much better places elsewhere for Thai food.

I order from here regularly and always get fast service and the pad Thai is very good. Of all the times, I have ordered here, my order was less than expected one time and the manager took care of it. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I loved their eggplant dish. It made me feel like I was melting into the chair out of the sheer deliciousness. Nice atmosphere and decor. My friends all ordered something different, and we all ended up loving what we got. Good potion sizes, too.

Food was ok...Ive had better Thai Food in the area. Wait staff is slow. Wasnt even busy (like 2 tables) and it still took them a long time to get the food out and take orders. Looks great but thats about it...everything is average.

The ambiance of this restaurant is suitable for a business lunch. The service is on par and the food is decent and can definitely use some more spice. Did not feel this place was remarkable and left like any other thai restaurant.
