------How Lotus Frisco Handles Poor Service To Its Guest------- So we placed an order about a couple days ago for a total of $24.00 for 2 people because our staff was full from lunch earlier, the lady who takes the order was rude and obnoxious. I asked her can we split the order on 2 cards for 2 people and she calls me a motherfu**** so I ignored what she said and gave her the card number and she tells me it would be an hour and abruptly hangs up. Next our order takes an hour and a half to get here, I call back lotus to get a status and she said we no rush driver in bad weather roads are icy, I told her no the sidewalk is icy not the road and she hangs up the phone, next the driver appears gives us our food and we tell him the incident, and the driver said no your order took 58 minutes... Driver - "oh wait I have the wrong order" so he goes back to his car and gets our order. I gave him my card to have the owner call me back. Today the owner called me back and apologized for the incident ok thank you, but we are not sure if the staff wants to eat there again due to the incident and I dont know what you plan on doing, she said oh im so sorry we will talk to the lady and get it straighten out, says thank you and hangs up the phone. Ok thank you for the call back and apologizing but I still paid FULL PRICE FOR FOOD AND HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOR YOU TO CALL ME A MOTHER F******* AND NOT COMPENSATE MY FOOD.... HOW DARE YOU, IF YOU WANT TO BE CURSED AT AND BE RIPPED OFF THEN COME EAT HERE. Because I think you deserve better

I ordered the family meal deal from the restaurant late around 9pm and delivery arrived around 50 minutes later. I tipped the driver in cash (20%) and signed the credit card receipt for $20 even. The driver decided to add $5 extra to his tip on the creidt card receipt making it effectively 42%tip. I call back and they act like I am a theif trying to get $5 back. Keep my five dollars and I will let the WORLD WIDE WEB know how your company is providing mediocre food and over charging the public. Enjoy the review and please all your people check your credit card statements carefully. I have been ordering to go and delivery food forever and never ran into this issue except for the first time I decided to order from Lotus. What a load of crap...enjoy the 45% tip. The food it self was alright the soup was cold but after warming it up it was decent. They forgot the almond cookies in the family meal deal and the Mongolian beef was good but not enough meat in it. The kung pao tasted fresh for chicken but the veggies were not fresh. The fried rice was dry and steam rice was fresh. This place is hit or miss and depends on when you go and get it. I would recommend COZY THAI in THE COLONY hands down honest and hard working people. I will never return to your establishment and promise to do my best and share my experience with all the professionals around legacy / 121.

A complete LACK of integrity, responsibility and respect!!! I placed an online delivery order this evening at 8:15pm. I checked carefully to make sure that the restaurant could deliver to my area. Once I placed my order I was informed that if there were any questions or concerns the restaurant would contact me. After 1 hour and 45 minutes I get a call from the restaurant stating that they cannot deliver to my neighborhood because I am 1 block out of their delivery area!! I pointed out that their website did not indicate a delivery area. I also asked them why it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to call me to let me know that they cannot deliver my food. Instead of being apologetic for the mistake and misunderstanding they chose to argue with me and said that they are not to blame for the error on THEIR website. They then proceeded to argue with my husband, insulted him and said that he has no heart when he pointed out their error and refusal to at least acknowledge their error. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again and I will NEVER go there in person.

I ordered delivery from Lucky99 for the first time last night and had an amazing experience. We spent $35.00 for enough to feed both my husband and myself for at least a couple days. Their beef and garlic sauce has plenty of meat, the perfect amount of veggies, and comes with either the average steamed rice or very simple fried rice. Their General Tsos Chicken has the same rice options and is also very generously packed with meat and a good amount of broccoli. It has a nice mild spice thats just enough without being too much. Their egg rolls and spring rolls didnt amaze me but they were certainly well above average. We got 2 orders of perfectly crisp and delicious fried dumplings with a really great sauce, and 2 (huge) orders of the best Wonton soup Ive ever had. And on top of all that, I was able to order online in less than 5 minutes. I would recommend Lucky99 to pretty much anyone after this experience.

Well....if this place has good food the service could quite possibly keep you from ever finding out. Looked them up online and called to place an order for delivery, but the lady said youre too far. I could have sworn the online map said they were pretty close to us so I hung up and looked it up. Theyre only 3.7 miles away. I thought surely she must have been mistaken and called back to try and inquire about the distance limit. The first time I called back someone just picked the phone up and hung it right up without saying a word. I thought surely that was an accident and called one more time to inquire about the distance. ... the lady answers the phone with "Yes, Amber? " Wow, ok. I go ahead and ask what the delivery area is and its only 3 miles. Really? Someone could walk farther. I guess they dont need the business. This would explain why all their bad reviews are about how they treat customers.

While waiting for my order, the lady at the register gets a phone call and yells to the kitchen to "cancel orange chicken." A lady in the kitchen opens a paper bag, pulls out a container, opens it, dumps it into the wok where a guy was stirring, then looks at me. I give her the "yes... I saw you" look. The guy stirring gets an empty container and puts the same orange chicken (now covered in sesame chicken sauce) in the container and passes it to the lady. She sprinkles sesame seeds on top, looks at me with a smirk, and bags it up. Meanwhile, the lady at the register is staring at me witnessing the whole thing, stoned faced. The lady in the kitchen passes the bag to her and she proceeds to hand it to me. Mind you, Ive already paid. I say to her "I saw that." She acts as though she doesnt understand what I said. I have been a custom for 5 years at least. Spent a lot of $$$ here.... Not anymore!!!
