This place has really gone down hill! I must admit that we live around the corner and have an order or Basil Fried Rice delivered weekly! I have to say on 6/25/16 I had a horrible experience with customer service. I ordered our usual combination (shrimp, chicken and Beef) basil fried rice. To my surprise there was joy one shrimp in my rice. I simply called back and let them know about the mixup. I spoke with Fky, who informed me that it was impossible and I MUST BE MISTAKEN. I surely notified her that Id looked through the entire box and there was not one shrimp in there. The woman proceeded to argue with me and insensate that I had to be lying, because 2 workers checked the order before it went out. This went on for atleast 10 mins. By this time Im upset, they donot want to fix my order, nor are they taking customer service seriously. The woman kept informing me that I had to Physically take my food back to the restaurant in order for them to fix it! Even though I paid for delivery. I was appalled, and by this point didnt even feel comfortable having my order replaced in fear that it would be tampered with. I asked to leave my name and number and had the manager call me back. Fast forward 6/27/16, the manager texted me. He isnt going to do anything. The principle is that I paid for combination fried rice, did not receive it and paid for it. The manager Andy asked that I bring in food from Saturday, when again I had food delivered. Really sad to say I will NEVER EVER give this restaurant another dime. Youve lost faithful customers. I hope the $2 difference was worth it.

The prices are way to expensive for mediocre Thai food. $14.95 for pad thai? Are you serious??? There portions are not even huge for the price paid. There are better cheaper alternatives down the road and I do not plan to give them my business in the future. One last thing, they charged $1.50 for extra rice. Really? Was that really necessary? Your all ready charging an arm and a leg for mediocre Thai food, and now your charging me for extra rice that I needed to go with my curry that didnt come with the necessary amount of rice in the first place? Take it from me Dallas Foodies, this place is a place to avoid unless you want to eat expensive mediocre Thai food in a some what elegantly decorated place.

I wish I had read the reviews first :( I ordered the Thai Peanut Chicken for take out. The sauce was VERY VERY sweet and watery. No peanut taste at all. I had to look at my receipt to make sure I ordered the right thing! Did I get sweet curry something by mistake. Nope it said Thai Peanut Chicken. The rice was way over cooked. And this next issue made me laugh. Get this....The take out order came with a spork! No fork, knife or chopsticks, but a spork?!

hands down the best Curry Fried Rice... oh my god its soo good. this place has consistently been amazing when it comes to the food. The prices can get a little higher, but the environment is nice, so its worth it. The only complaint I have is that their spiciness level (1-5) is sometimes inconsistent. Sometimes 5 will blow your senses, sometimes itll just break a sweat. The staff is always good, and is always good to make suggestions for newcomers.

I eat there about once a week. I go there when I want a special treat. The food and service are good. The atmosphere is enjoyable. While Ive had noodle dished and Bento boxes, my favorite "meal" is having two appetizers: the summer rolls (with shrimp and peanut sauce) and pork dumplings. The server recognizes me and remembers what I eat. I never feel rushed, as I like to eat a slow meal.

The restaurant smelled like a refrigerator... Lunch is pricey for portion received. The peanut dressing on the salad tasted like it should be served on ice cream, WAY too sweet. Defeats the purpose of a salad. Other food was decent. Manager was going around asking people for good reviews in exchange for discounted food.....

The food at this place is amazing, the service is good but the management is horrible. I have had three negative expierences with the manager now. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Dallas but I actually have to think twice about walking in here because she is almost unbearable.

Went on a Saturday night. Food was excellent (had the tom kha soup and basil duck). The soup was unusually good--lots of chicken, mushrooms and veggies/herbs in it. Much more robust than usual. The duck was also very good, though not the best Ive ever had. Recommend.

Great selection of tasty Thai dishes. Slightly more expensive than nearby competitors but well worth it. Get what you pay for, including noticeably fresher ingredients. Friendly and attentive waitstaff. Really a hidden gem in Addison.

I ordered the Roasted Duck Curry. It was pretty good! A bit sweet but spicy at the same time! I really dont eat out as much but I would recommend this place if you want to try something new! The waiter was great as well. Cheers!

Will not add or subtract any item on the menu. Usually restaurant are very flexible with what customer want for their dish. This place only makes the ingredients described in the menu, no more or less

We were there around 6 pm on a Sunday night. There were only 2 other groups there at that time. Had the Bangkok Noodles and Potstickers. Food and service were both very good.

Bangkok Thai is a complete rip off in terms of pricing and food. Red curry beefy had maybe 1-2 ounceos of beef in it for $12 at lunch
