Good evening folks. My family and I recently relocated to Carrollton from New York. As you could imagine were slowly getting acquainted with our surroundings like the parks, transportation system, and the restaurants. Today after venturing to Fort Worths Water Garden, which was amazing btw, and meeting some awesome characters in a Starbucks we stopped at (Karen and Tessa) we wanted to dine in at chef chus to cap off a wonderful day. So we order our food and I absolutely loved my dish, although, they would not let me substitute pork fried rice for white rice on my combo. My wife wasnt pleased with her meal. She ordered teriyaki beef, shrimp, and chicken combo but was dissatisfied with the teriyaki sauce that was on the side. So, she spoke with the associate in hopes of just exchanging the sauce. But, to my surprise she told us, "maybe next time you can order a different sauce." So, my wife chalked that up...As we were leaving we were cleaning our 7month old boys hands and I decided I wanted iced tea to go since I had got water with my meal. Before I had to opportunity to put the cap on the cup and walk to the register the cashier/associate was telling me "the ice tea is $1.50" and to "dump it" before I could respond. I was enraged and honestly embarassed to have been spoken to like I was a bum coming of the street begging for food. Even then I would expect more compassion than I received this evening. My wife and I were speaking about the incident on our way to the car and she decided to speak with the associate and get her name so she could request extended costumer service training for her. When she went in the associate hid in the rear of the kitchen until my wife said "EXCUSE ME" a few times. Then the associate accused me of stealing when I never had the opportunity to pass her register with the ice tea to purchase it. Does anyone have any suggestions other than not returning to the establishment?

I was truley dissapointed at the customer service at this establishment. My husband, son, and I dinned in. First of all, I ordered the teriyaki chicken, beef and shrimp. The sauce was really a little teriyaki and a lot of soy sauce. It was unbelievably salty and tasted disgusting. When I tasted it and didnt like it, being that it was on the side in a dipping container, I asked if there were different options. I was told, "maybe next time I should get a different sauce." Even though its free of charge. Smh. Next part of my order was missing, I had to go and ask what happened to it, for it to be brought out. Third as we were leaving we were planning on purchasing an ice tea to go, but before we could get to the counter with drink in hand the associate who was dealing with a costumer on the phone told us "the ice tea is $1.50. Dump out the ice tea!" Now maybe I should of told her what we were doing before refilling the cup, but the way the way the associate handled and spoke to me and my husband was extremely distasteful. When I asked to speak to the manager to report her behavior I was disgusted at how the associate, who I was told goes by the name of jasmine, which I do not believe, shouted belittling remarks as some other associate posed as the manager. I would not recommend this establishment for a dine in experience or for a tasteful meal.

I just ordered my food but forgot to put my apartment number, i called the restaurant and a very nice lady was able to fix this problem for me in no time. I am solely reviewing based on customer service. Ive had multiple problems with a restaurant named Panda delite where my delivery was 2 hours late, and was sent to my neighbors home. I called to inform them on what had happened but a very mean asian man began to curse at me, saying its my fault that too many people live in my home, and that is why it was delivered to the wrong place...um i live with one other person and that has nothing to do with it being delivered to a different home. So this good customer service was a breath of fresh air. I am sure i would love the food as well.

I had always been very satisfied with my food previously up until yesterday. I am a Vegan and ordered the Spicy Flat Noodles with Tofu as I always do. Yesterday the Tofu was burnt and inedible. I spoke with someone today requesting that they replace the dish since the protein was burnt and they failed to see the importance of doing that. The Customer Service is very poor and unyielding to the satisfaction of the customer. This is very unfortunate that they took this posture. I had always told many of my wonderful takeouts but it was so horrible for me yesterday. I am very sadened that I must find another place. Customer is totally unimportant!!!!

Terrible. Wont ever go again. Got there and there was only one person waited me for food. The cashier was on the phone so I sat and waited for 10 minutes and got impatient and stood right in front of him for another 5 minutes. When he finally got off the phone he didnt apologize for the wait, he just said "what can I get you". So rude. I ordered my food finally. Dont order the crab Rangoon, its disgusting. I wasted 3.75 because I couldnt eat it. The orange chicken tasted good but they use gristly chicken, and the egg roll is jus about as good as a microwaved egg roll from the frozen section at the grocery store. Find a different place, trust me.

A couple of months ago I placed an order online, it gave me a confirmation number and everything. After almost 2 hours go by, I call and they say they never received the order. We didnt order anything else from there...until tonight. The exact same thing happened AGAIN. They didnt even offer to make the order after I called to complain... The guy on the phone gave me some bulls*@t excuse about how the phones and internet have been down all day, yet he was able to pull up all of my information without me even telling it to him. All I can say is NEVER again. Its not worth the headache for their mediocre food and lacking customer service.

overpriced and not at all good. seemed as though it was missing major portions of the recipe. bland and funky tasting. had to ask twice for our included side of rice. would expect much more for a $25 meal for two... will not be returning. many better place within a stones throw... chefs were sleeping on other side of the folding partition in the dining area. when asking for our side of rice, felt as though we were inconveniencing the gentlemen behind the counter. was scoffed at impatiently. not very professional, not an atmosphere for customer appreciation...

How shitty not to tell the customers that if they deliver your food that they will charge you for the chili sauce .25 cents per small little cup even though your spending money with them they dont care they still charge for something that is free with every other Chinese restaurant for that I will no longer be buying there food . Be were of them over charging you for your food . The sad part is that they dont see anything wrong with them charging for the same chili sauce they will give you for free if you pick up your order . BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS !!!
