Hello world, this was the most disappointing visit to zennas I have ever had. Ive been to all locations at least 150 times since I discoverd this place. I took my family out for some late dinner sushi at around 9:30. We were seated with some sort of confusion but I was starving and ready for some delicious sushi. We sat down and our waiter told us he would be putting in our order and another waiter "carlos" would be taking over from there. So about 15 mins go by and my son gets his thai fried rice with beef and it was perfect minus the fact we had to wait another 10 minutes for any utensils to begin consuming after I went and searched for this mysterious carlos. Carlos never came. A very wonderful waitress named Mia came and brought us all of our utensils/napkins etc. Then another 30 mins go by and at this point I was starting to question some things. Mia had told us that the dinner sushi guy had left early so they had no one to prepare it and it was being made now. I was also curious to why we were not told this was happening but I understand things happen and waited for my sushi... then another 20 and no food still... it finally came out and I looked upon my sushi and it was almost insulting what they put in front of me. I asked for the manager and she couldnt even identify the rolls so I told her I would like to pay for my sons rice and leave. A debate was happening inside and about 10 mins later mia came back and they comped all the food and if we wanted anything else. I ordered another fried rice and paid for it.. waited... waited... waited.. 20 mins later theres my rice. As we are leaving the lanky gentleman with a limpish wrist had some back handed nice remarks but I went ahead and let them be since I will never be handing this place another dollar again in my lifetime. I have had bad service before but the food always pulled me back but after this it will never heal the empty space in my sushi heart. The restaurant was empty. There were a buttload of employees but no service to be found. I do not recommend this location. I am sad. I just wanted my sushi.

Food is good, if you ever get it. Servers are mostly nice. However my last visit ruined it for me and I will never return to this location. Call 10mins in advance for a pickup order, placed on hold and no one ever returned to the line. Called from a friends phone (while holding the other) and no answer at all. Upon arrival noticed it was not as busy as usual for a Friday night. Told the hostess about my call and ordered my rice. Simple basil fried rice. He quoted 10-15min wait. No big deal so I wait inside. 30mins pass and I ask about my order, he says maybe 10-15more min. Again, I waited because this rice is all I wanted for dinner. After waiting 45mins a table of 10+ people start to receive their food, which had not been ordered until AFTER my order went in. So of course I asked about my order again, each person has a different story about why. I requested a manager for a clear answer. Was told the manager was making orders and was too busy to talk to me. So again, I ask about my order and 20mins later it comes out. Turns out the cook has a sense of humor, it was white rice with a pile of red pepper flakes in the center....Seriously! After requesting a manager and one still not showing up, I simply asked for a refund. I was told they would still remake the rice. Waited another 30min for this rice after being told they may not even make it. Eventually a waitress brought it out to me and it was awesome. I was advised to call before I come and if they are struggling just to answer the phone, take it as a sign and dont waste my time ordering. Ive been here 10-12 times in the past and this was my first time getting it to-go. If youre smart youll go to the other location. Foods better there anyway.

The service at this place is incredibly terrible! Every single time I have been its terrible. I keep giving it chance after chance only because the food is good. I just left there earlier today and I had the worst experience by far. I ordered my food to go and I was told it would be 15 minutes. The girl took my cash and said shes give me my change once she gave me my order. I received my change from a gentlemen and they shorted my change. Not to mention it was not a 15 minute wait it was a 50 minute wait! The gentlemen that gave me my change was in charge of handing out to go orders and people that arrived after me received their orders before me. I finally said "excuse me" to the gentlemen at the front and he said "Im going" and walked to the back. He came back with my order that I KNOW had been sitting back there for awhile because the food was barely even warm not hot. I ordered Shrimp tempura and it was soggy! So unacceptable. Not to mention they didnt put my steamed rice in my bag so I had to go back and ask for that. When I did a woman helped me and stated shed go grab it for me. As I was waiting AGAIN, the gentlemen that gave me my order in the first place asked another worker "what my problem was." She said they forgot her steamed rice. And he said "hahaha yeah thatll happen" WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE SERVICE AT THIS PLACE? I hope you get fired so I can say "hahaha yeah thatll happen!" Ugh so irritating. Never going back again!

The worst service ever! Ive been in 9 countries and 12 states, well never seen so stupid personal(sorry). Just came here cause was close to my home. Every time when we came about 2-4 people works at the front, but nobody even see on us! I even dont speak about smile or seat us at the table! We dont know what are they doing there! Theyre not a waitresses for sure. Every time we came into hall, say "Hello", and they still doing nothing before we seat us for yourself or ask about seat! Manager probably pay them just for stay there and look at the laptop).. Good job. Well they dont know what is that "hot rolls" (not spicy but warm). Somebody who is a main for menu need go to the Europe, Russia or east Europe, and try real rolls. Food is ok, some of the rolls and soups are really good, fried ice cream was one of my favorite desert ever but every time its little different, last time was enough when they bring to me not well done fried and ice cream still with ice. Teas just in a bag (lol). Real Thai, or China or Japan or whatever drinking long leaves teas. Some times there is a lot of people but dont think they are all here cause love to this place. Probably cause its one big place with sushi close to them home. I love sushi but I found another more small family restaurants with sushi from East Europe, and never be back. Sorry for bad review, but after 10 times same s*it I was done. Anyway came there and try too, then you will see.
