Worst restaurant ever. This was my second bad experience. Today we ordered Pav-Bhaji, we have had there pav bhaji couple of times and we went there specially for pav bhaji. When it was served we just had one bite of it and noticed that it was not prepared fresh. There was a strong smell coming from it. There was some lady manager, we asked for refund from her and she said once we have entered in the system we cant give money back. I dont know which restaurant or any business in US does this. She then said we can write a credit note and give it back you. We fought a lot for cash refund but she simply kept saying no. At the end we had to take credit note and leave the place as it was no use fighting with useless lady. The other time we went, we reached there at 9PM and ordered food, they served us food at around 9.15 PM and 9.30 we were forced to move out of the restaurant as they were closing. I dont understand why did they allowed to even enter the customers after 9 PM if they cant wait till the customer finishes their food.

Like ANU said in one of the reviews they are good in few and bad in other dishes.. The Food SUCKS to be a CHAT and SWEET Place !! A new girl working whose first day it was today took my order and she was very good in her service. However, this place is too bad for the food it has to offer. The Aloo Tikki is bad, Samosa Chat is very bad and the WORST of all was the FALOODA !! They just know ingredients NOT the receipy ... They dumped (Milk,sugar,pista,noodles,NO seeds,waste Ice-cream) in a cup and that is the Falooda!! Making a Falooda is an art. Learn the receipy or remove from the Menu. The above average falooda is sold at Al-Markaz - So Royal Sweets owner should try there and learn the basic receipy. The only GOOD thing here is the already made sweets ( Mithai). Fix your faults before the Market fix your business.

I wish if I had the option not to give a single star!! First of all standing in the queue for long 15-20 minutes, the staff did not managed to respond to me.. Never have I seen such a unprofessional staff .. Customer standing and waiting for the turn must be asked of what is needed.. Instead of asking , how come the gave such a snobbish look at us.. We , customers make you and made you . First, learn what professionalism is !! Secondly, I ordered 1pound Rasagulla, half pound jalebi. Such a disaster it turned out.. Both the qualities were bad and especially rasagallu was just worst.. I had to threw the entire box... I opted for a place just to waste my money.. I will recommend others if you plan to buy sweets, never ever think of Royal Sweets.. It will be just a wastage of time and money..

First of all their website says theyre open till 10 oclock. We arrived at 9:28. their sign read closed at 9:30. The doors were locked. Even though we got there before closing and there were several people standing inside, no one came to the door to let us in. no one recognized that we were even standing outside. One little child motioned to us to wait and he would get help. But they continued to look at us and never came to the door. this was the worst display of customer service I have ever seen! I would never go back to this store.

Absolutely love this place! They have so many selections of fresh sweets and snacks. The girl helping me was incredibly patient, and professional, which is saying a lot considering I changed my mind several times during the order. The batch of samosas I bought were literally fresh off the stovetop. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes tasty indian food on the go. **(I stopped by their Richardson location for the first time last month)

This store should be shut down as the sweets and food items are sold has absolutely no quality and the lifecycle of sweets are buy->take home->taste one sample and dump to trash bin...horrible service. In addition the ladies servicing at counter area have no clue what customer service is! I would totally recommend anyone to avoid this place if you love your time and money!!

You have lot of options but everything has different price. Worst part they dont have menu and price for sweets. You would only know about the price when u want a particular sweet in the assorted box and person behind counter says " sorry u cant have that thats a different category" . In my mind i was like "oh really why dont you write that on the big wall behind you".

Such a bad decision to get sweets from this place. Not just one, we bought several pieces of different sweets including gulab jamun,milk cake, amrati, gujiya and many more. Everything has a very bad taste. Not at all fresh and the sweets all taste same. Top of it the staff is highly inexperienced. Please dont visit this place with any expectations.

I went there this afternoon we ordered samosa and chaat, chaat was horrible and samosa were cold. There were 2 lady in the counter both dont know what theyre doing. When the food were ready they were like "excuse me excuse me" yelling at us. I never seen stupid customer service in my life , never going back stay away from this place.

This place is a hit or miss. Either the food tastes great or it is horrible. We have had days when they have packed stale kachoris for us or stale samosas that are kept under light to feel warm but are actually days old. The staff is also hit or miss. They are either nice or very rude.

We tried milk cake while doing dine there. But milk cake was sour and smelling bad - we complaint to the sales girl and she said she cantt help it. She didnt even try to listen and fix the issue. Poor quality sweets. There were 3 sales girl and our experience was with dark color one.

Good authentic food and great customer service. I would go there for customer service anytime. I had a bread dish ordered and could not make it before closing. As I paid for the dish previous day and could not pick it up, they gave me the similar dish for free the next day.

Worst place I even been to and nasty attitude. She literally threw receipt at me just bc I went there at 9:50. I will never ever go back to this place. I called the manager and no point. Food is tasteless. Food is bad and bad customer service. Pointless.

Good Indian sweets and snacks. most of the times you can get what you wanted and tasty . One star is down because... Jilabi and jaungry both are same and both are not made of the ingredients they supposed to be and not tasty.

Food was ok. Bhel Puri was soggy. Staff was so slow. It took them 45 min to bring out one mango lassi and one appetizer. Go to the original location on belt line, their food is SO much better. Very disappointed.

Pathetic service! I bought some samosas from this store and all of them were staled. They dont even have an provision to revert the credit card payment. Were asking me to come to the store to get the money back.
