This was the 2nd time I have visited this restaurant. First time we went there the food was very mediocre and the service was horrible. So I decided to give it another chance hoping the 2nd time around will be better. So we ordered our food and we received our 1st dish about 40 mins after we ordered it. Keep in mind there was only 1 other table of 4 in the whole place. So I decided to wait for our second dish to come out so we can start eating. 5 mins went by still nothing 10 mins goes by and I decided to inquire about our 2nd dishs status. Come to find out they never put it in at all. So they apologized and put in the 2nd dish and 20mins after we receive our 2nd dish. So while we were eating, we realized our dishes were not that great since it had way to much coriander seeds. So left a horrible taste in our mouth. Anyways after all that, you would think they will compensate us for something due to the lack for customer service. To my surprise when I received the bill, not only they had charged us full price for both dishes they had actually over charged by drinks. So I ended up paying full price for everything. While exiting the restaurant, I assumed the waiter and the manager would thank me for my business but I guess even thou I walked right by them, they were way to consumed into their own conversation and didnt even acknowledge me. On top of all that the ambiance is horrible there. That place still looks like its going thru construction. The tables and chairs seem very dingy. The entrance is dark and gloomy and the floor is not even complete. The bottom line of the story is that I will never return to that place again.

Horrible service! I do not recommend this place. Unprofessional & unorganized. We ordered food, hired their person for delivery & setup for duration of our party. The food was delivered an hour late. Delivery guy & owner who I spoke to on the phone were absolutely unapologetic. In fact I was told that I didnt answer my phone thats why there was a delay. As if I should be answering vendor phone calls while hosting 80 people! Additionally they gave us plastic serving spoons when we had arranged for chafers in an elegant banquet hall. Food was served cold & soggy. Food went to waste because it was too late & some of my guests left without having dinner. The set up guy left without cleaning up & dared to asked for tip. After the party I made it clear to the owner that their service was horrible and yet not a simple phone call or a text addressing the problem. We have picked up food from there before so I thought it cant be so bad despite other bad reviews here. Lesson learned trust google reviwers -DO NOT COUNT ON THIS BUSINESS OWNER.

I ordered to-go online. I was a little confused when I arrived to an empty parking lot and empty restaurant. The lights werent even on. According to their business hours, they had been open for 45 minutes already. There was no staff. I had to go in the back and say excuse me and hello twice for them to acknowledge me. A guy handed me my food and then shooed me off. It was very strange. But, everything was packaged well and I got everything I ordered. The food was actually pretty delicious. A little on the spicier side, but overall, pretty good.

We has our daughter birthday party arranged here for 60+ guests. Decoration, aisle were good. Food was good, adequate and appreciated by our guest too. We had both veg and non veg served for lunch. Chilli chicken, Pakoda, Chana Palak was good. Biryani was also good. Gulabh Jamun was fresh and hot served. We also had music being played for party. Well equipped hall with sound and microphone being provided if required. A good choice for birthday party, other functions. Ample place in hall as well as lots of parking available.

This is the most authentic Indian cuisine around. Nice and spicy! My only criticism is that they use white chicken meat chunks in their Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken dishes which can, and does, dry out a little bit. Id like to convince them to use thigh meat (dark) instead of the white meat as it tends to stay very moist and juicy. Plus, its cheaper ;) Other than that, everything else is fantastic. I love their Palak Paneer (creamed spinach w/cheese). They now serve it regularly! Highly recommended.

India immersion experience. Buffet left overs served. We went to this place for buffet one day, food was good, but waaay too hot. We decide to go for dinner another day and have ordered mild food. Fresh vegies with cheese were okay, despite bread was served at the end. But currys were waaay tooo hot, just like in the buffet. Appetizers took 20 mins Monday evening, and around 6.30 some kid showed up and started drumming in the room next to the dining room. Flyes. Yes, flyes. Should I say more?

Its really nice to find a genuine restaurant that portrays their culture with quality and class. The service was great and the staff very courteous. My wife couldnt eat the entree as it was too spicy and without asking the staff bought another dish for her. My wife asked for bottled water and it was given complimentary. I loved the spicy meal I asked for, but I forgot the 20 percent off coupon I had printed from the internet. All in all - the perfect Indian restaurant!

I hate my self for repeatedly giving these guys a chance. Its been over a year now and I have eaten here over 10+ time (all because I was hungry, tired and they were my last option). I cursed myself every time i order from here. Save yourself. Not worth it at all. Service sucks and the people who work there dont have a clue on what they offer or how to run a restaurant. Just some random guys standing around like goof balls who cannot answer a single question of yours.

Very pathetic!! avoid them...I ordered food for delivery and they were suppose to deliver in 45-55 min. I called after 1hr and lady tells me 15 min. I call agin and she tells me 5 min . Total 2 hrs down, still waiting for lunch . In the end frustrated..and hungry, I cancelled my order. Imagine if I had guest over or they do this to a catering order. U could end up waiting hungry and embarrassed. Completely unreliable. Would never ever order from here again.

The sign (and this site) say that theyre open for lunch. Indeed the doors were open, but at 11:45 on a Friday the place was a ghost town. The large buffet area held no food. The lights were all dimmed. A man in a red smock swept the floor, and looked dead at me, but made no attempt to acknowledge or seat me. No customers. So perhaps they still serve dinner à la carte, but this is not a thriving lunch buffet, like Flavors on Beltline.

THE GOOD: selection of dishes on the buffet THE BAD: WOULD NOT ACCEPT THEIR OWN YELP OFFER (E-coupon). He said I had to print it out. How do you expect me to print from my mobile device?? After arguing (but very nicely) about it and pointing out that other establishments have never declined (and explained how Yelp works), I gladly paid for my table of 4, but will NEVER return. He said to "email" the owner. I will NEVER go again.
