My wife was staying at the hospital across the street from the West Parker Road location and I walked over to get some lunch. I ordered a salad and a pizza, and the food was mediocre to terrible. The salad was OK, no spring mix, just romaine and iceberg. The ingredients were not diced, they just threw tomato slices and red onion slices over the top...this is just lazy not to chop the veggies to fork size. The sausage pizza was horrible, barely warm, and the quality would have embarrassed a public school cafeteria cook. I expected more as I thought this was supposed to be a "gourmet" sandwich place. Maybe the sandwiches are great, but they need to improve the salad and take pizza off the menu. And for all of this, they charged me $15...amazing. Where is a Panera Bread when you need one?

Ive eaten at Baker Bros so many times!! Granted, its been about 7yrs now since Ive been able to because my fiance and I moved to the country and its a pretty good distance away from where we live now. But I actually ate there several times between 2001-2009. I can honestly say that Ive never once had a bad experience there with the food or otherwise. The Kentucky Club is my absolute favorite! SOOOO delicious! The sandwiches were always stuffed full of the meat, cheese, etc. And the cookies and mini cheesecakes were awesome too!! And the managers were always very nice, as were the employees. Very helpful! I just REALLY LOVE THIS DELI!!!! I cant wait to go back!

Made both me and my wife Sick and they did absolutely nothing. Went to eat there with my wife and within an hour of eating there, I was in the restroom. It was an extremely bad afternoon for both of us. Called up after I got off work and explained the physical pain. The manager passed me off to the GM. The GM called up and said she was passing me off to their insurance company. The insurance company said if I could send them my poo to prove it... they might do something... If you eat hear, be warned... you need to save your poo, just in case...

Ive been going there for years and have good experiences until today! When I arrived to pick-up my to go order the guy at the counter told me to go wait in line that all the way to the door. I didnt say anything but when I got to the register I told the guy that I was there to pick-up a to go order and asked why the other guy sent me to the regular line (15) minutes and his very short and agitated response was "were short handed and dont know why he said that". I paid and left but they will not be getting our business going forward.

I love so many of their sandwiches but am starting to think they need to update or change a few things about the place now. They have been one of my favorite places since they opened but somehow it is starting to seem a bit stale. Not the food but the ambience, etc. Every restaurant needs to do this to stay successful. Just think they could use some of that now in my humble opinion.

I wanted a good Italian sandwich so I called in an order for The Sicilian. What I got was a glob of processed american meat and cheese thrown into a microwave without any fresh lettuce or tomato. Disgusting !! It was so greasy it was practically inedible. Add a bag of chips and I got enough grease for a year. Even when I touched my car door handle it left a mess.

We just moved here & was anxious about finding a good deli...i ordered a turkey sandwich, my husband ordered a steak sand & our son ordered a pepperoni pizza. Our sandwiches had ONE thin piece of meat, (i could see through it!) One little piece of lettuce.OMG..what a dissapointment! Pizza tasted like frozen pizza.

Ordered to be delivered and an item was left out however when called management refunded and called back to notify the refund went through and I can swing by and get a cookie. Good customer service is appreciated even when a mistake is made. The meal did taste great.

Ordered an all American baked potato - came out lukewarm and was on the harder side as opposed to being soft and fluffy on the inside. For being on the more expensive side where baked potatoes are concerned, was expecting a better meal.

Had the jalapeño melt. Only had like two jalapeño slices per half sandwich. Ordered the mac and cheese as a side and it was literally kraft mac and cheese from the store. Most definitely not worth the $13.25 I paid. Very disappointing
