I had to write a review about how awesome the staff was to me last week. When I went to pay, my card was declined. I ended up finding out my card had been hacked & account empty but what made five guys so awesome was once I told them to cancel the order since I had no cash & needed to figure out what was going on with my card, they went ahead and took care of the order for me. Told me not to worry about paying. How amazing is that! And as always the food is great. Love the burger & Cajun style fries. Quick friendly service.

Way over priced burger. Its a good burger, but give me a break, for the same price you can go to red robin and get an awsome burger, with unlimited fries, and dont have to sit on cheap chairs. This place is at least twice as much as it should be. I asked why such high prices and they said its because they use fresh ingredients. Whats the big deal about fresh ingredients ? Everyone but fast food has fresh ingredients.

Best burger place around. Delicious greasy burgers with a host of possible toppings. I like getting jalapenos on mine, but no matter how you get them they are fantastic. The cajun fries are delicious too and they give you a ton. The staff is always nice and there are all you can eat free peanuts. If youre going to the theater and want a bite before... consider this gem.

Slightly overpriced, but you quickly find out why! Cost us $18 and change for two burgers, a regular fry and a regular sweet tea, but the burgers were HUGE (doubles, in fact) and there were a many of the incredible fries in the bag as there were in the cup they come in! I was actually unable to finish them all! I highly recommend it!

This is the best burger from North Carolina to Pennsylvania that I know of and I try them everywhere. There fries are also great. Its a little expensive but well wroth it, much better than the crappie that you get at McDonalds or burger King (mystery meat frozen junk).I would recommend it to everyone.

Always good, fast, friendly, and helpful...its a fast food chain what else can u expect. If you feel that the prices are high wait until you get a decent paycheck to treat yourself, you should have no complaints about this place, top 3 in quick burger spots (1. Emma Keys, 2. Hops Burger)

It was good, not excellent!! Price increases exponentially when you customize you dish with small things. Tons of potatoes just to make you full. Not really recommending, you can find better one. Just in case you are starving and you are at friendly center!!!!

Food served fast and tasted okay but was nothing special. Not my favorite choice for fast food. Restroom door wouldnt lock. I had to get someone to guard the door. Doubt I will go back to eat there. Cookout Restaurant has them beat hands down (in my opinion).

Best cheeseburger Ive hand in a very long time. I particularly enjoyed the Cajun seasoned fries. They take your order then cook it up while you watch if you like, or you can get a table and wait until they call your number. Everything is made to order.

Love this place!!! I always order the same thing and it is awesome everytime. I usually eat at the friendly shopping center location, but recently ate at an airport in Atlanta and a location in Maryland! This place is delicious everywhere!

Oh my gosh...my first time here and absolutely hooked!! The service was fast and friendly and let me tell you...the food is amazing. The burgers are huge and if you order fries, a small will serve 2 people. Definitely my new burger spot

Im not sure what the point of ordering your food online and selecting a "pick up" time if you still have to wait in line to inform them youre there then wait for them to fix your food. Food is great but the service needs improvement.

Its one the pricier fast food burger places, but its very good. I do recommend getting only the small fries, as there are plenty on this size tier. Youre probably looking at a $12 total with drink and fries, so be warned!

The food is good just a little pricey. Its not really worth the price but they give you a lot of fries to fill you up. I paid $14 for a hamburger, little fries, and medium drink. I should have gone to Burger King.
