i have enjoyed coming to this place for both the food and setting, however, lately its gone downhill. The service is just pathetic, really long wait to get your food, wrong orders, incorrect checks. This has been happening for sometime now and is not the result of one visit. I usually go there every Sunday morning but have also tried during the week and no difference. Looks like there has been a turnaround in waitstaff which may be contributing to the problem. WILL NOT GO BACK.

My visit was very enjoyable today. Let me share what made it enjoyable ; I ordered a fruit and cheese salad, as I had one I very much enjoyed on a previous visit, but on this occasion, the fruit was not to my liking. Our waiter was quick and very pleasant about reordering a substitute salad which was to my liking. The weather was very enjoyable dinning outside and the mature staff at Cafe Angelique certainly helped to make our day nicer.

Cappuchino not what it used to be..did they change coffee ? One should not have to pay just under $12 for two medium cappuchinos(ex.shot one one) and be disappointed.Drove all the way there over 20 miles and then on top of poor coffee wife refused muffins cause flies were on and off them and service crumbly..it always has been crumbly but coffee used to be good..At least we got to use the bathroom. Not worth the money.

Cafe A, or "Angelique" as some regulars call it, serves as the Bergen County magnet for Israelis to sit together, enjoy great coffee, salads, bourekas and chat. In true Israeli character, it is not at all unusual for people who have never before met, to strike up a casual conversation over a cup of coffee. When the weather is warm, the outdoor seating makes this place a true gem!

Crazy love the latte....an insane addiction hot or cold. The scones and croissants are heavenly too. Initially we frequented because we wanted to socialize our pups. There is outdoor seating. These days, sometimes there is service, other times not. 3 shout outs to Daniel, Sara, Vanessa and Gina for always making us feel welcomed.

Great iced latte and iced tea. They brew the tea leaf and pour it over ice. The borekas are very fresh and tasty. The counter staff was fun and helpful and the charm of the place leaves you feeling you are transported back to Europe.

Cute place, coffee is great and has a large sort menus of pastries. Its a bit on the expensive side white a medium/small latte costing $4. But really nice in the summer with its outdoor seating.
