Ordered a bacon and egg chicken sandwich and the chicken is undercooked. Called for manager and was told "He is gone for the day"? The young lady who answered the phone "Guadalupe" did not sound very concerned about me possibly contracting salmonella. Instead she asked if I want to come in and re-order? Really?

Got BBQ bacon burger $4.99 small combo deal. I thought it was small, not fresh after 11pm like few of their locations & other restaurants. I surprised my burger was a regular size, pretty fresh, and fries was hot & crispy. Overall, great location for getting a latenight meal.

Its all nice and clean. The food might be okay.. But I wish it was like the Jacks in Florida and Alabama. They we have southern food and veggies.. This one caters toward Texmex along with burgers and chicken sandwiches... Not impressed...

This is the only store that does not honor promotions. A while back with the free double Jack they said no. Today with the Cowboys free jumbo Jack they said no again. These are not choices, they are promotions to customers
