My review was about the restaurant not about you Norman so there was no need to include me in your review, but, maybe youre the cook and got offended by what I had said who knows. What did I expect from the "HOOD"?? EDIBLE FOOD afterall that is what people eat there...RIGHT?? Yeah food that you dont have to be so drunk to think its good. Ive been here plenty of times before in the past so NO I did not expect a 5 Star dining experience nor did I think the bum outside was the valet. I did expect what it use to be good, clean, cheap and fast maybe a nice bum here and there. No paying customer should ever have to deal with any bum inside any place of business. Yeah I actually paid to get pestered by loud and hostile crackheads/bums inside and out of this place, to get bad service, to breath sewer gas, sit at a dirty table and to get served bad food. I guess thats normal and good for some people. ENJOY!!!!

Taqusria is one of the best Mexican food restaurant located on the Westside of Chicago. Their open really late for those who maybe out and about during the weee hours. You can fine in or carry out. I know it may seem strange but I like arriving when its busy that when you will get the full appreciate of the line workers at their best. My favorite, the Torta.

Food is good. Like really good. But ordering for the first time is confusing. I personally got lost and on Wether to order where they were cooking or where the register was. They do ask for ID when you pay with credit/debit. Other than that if you like Mexican food, the food is delicious and service was pretty fast. They do understand English too.

I order the enchiladas verdes.. Not good AT ALL!!! To me it was like a tortilla roll up with some steak in threw it in the micro then just put some so call green sauce on top of it.. Arent enchiladas verdes suppose to be verdes/green?? Ummm not mines not even close.. Will never go back to this place

Ive been here a few times and the food was great! Although you need to be careful while ordering, the surfaces are really hot, so is the food. The only downside to this place is that they nickel and dime you for toppings and hot sauce. The food is authentic and delicious. I highly recommend it.

Found this place by accident. Really liked it. The chorizo is among the best I ever had. Low fat content, right in the middle in spiciness. Hard working staff knows how to leave you alone and get your food to you pronto and efficient. Fun atmosphere for a long stay late at night.

Ewwww.... Gross! Years ago the food was great, now you couldnt pay me to eat there. Service sucks & the food was worse. Steak was full of fat and the chicken was disgusting. There are plenty of other options in the area. Go somewhere else!

Service was great, but those tacos though. The chef should change the recipe. Not a lot of sabor en the meat. The best thing for me was the guacamole. It was fresh and not a lot of salt. Just add salt if you need more.
