The only reason I am giving this a 2 star instead of 1 star rating is because my order was actually correct. My husband and I went through the drive thru before he had to go in to work for a quick dinner. We had to wait about 5 minutes or more just to be greeted. When finally I proceeded to order something easy for him to eat and looked at the menu labeled Burritos and logically assumed everything on the menu was a form of Burrito. When I asked for a Pintos and Cheese Burrito the cashier Cameron was some what confused but polite and told me that wasnt even on the menu to which I responded I saw it on the menu I was looking at and asked if it had been removed. Before I could even finish my sentence and he could respond a very rude woman interrupted and yelled through the mic "There is no Pintos and Cheese Burrito! We have Pintos and Cheese but its not a burrito!" I was confused about what I had said to upset her and just proceeded to quickly finish my order. I could tell even the young man at the window was uncomfortable with the situation when I pulled up to pay. Needless to say I found her very rude. I have worked until about 2 years ago in the food service and customer service industry and there is never a moment in my 8+ years where it is okay to yell at a customer. Usually everyone is nice here and polite but she was just rude without cause and I hope she is at least put back through customer service training. I didnt catch her name but she worked last night around 9:50ish.

Team was under staffed, a manager was on front register. Watching the team perform was like watching grade schoolers play on field day. Every other order was wrong. The bathroom and lobby cleanliness was substandard. Wait times could be 10-15+ minutes which is highly inappropriate for a fast food location.

This place is exactly what you would expect from a KFC/Taco Bell combo; quick, cheap and filling. The only negative thing I will say about this particular location is that the mens bathroom was atrocious for it being lunchtime and it was obvious that it was normally in bad shape.

Staff is friendly and sloppy. Dining area is always a mess the drink area is disgusting. They almost never make your order correct and the bathroom smells awful. Go anywhere but here. Obviously the management is horrible. But the staff is nice.

Friendly staff, very fast service, fairly clean but sometimes stuff is left on tables. Bathrooms could be cleaned more often, but definitely seen worse.
