Ive lived in this area for over 20 years now and this IHOP is the closest to me so its the one I always go to. Never had a bad experience until recently and it was enough that I no longer want to give this location my business. I called late on a Sunday night to make a carryout order. The woman who answered whose name was Dylan told me itd be 45m-1hr. Ive come to this place on holidays, weekends, everything and have never been told itd take that long for a carryout order but I didnt get upset or make a big deal out of it I simply asked why it would take that long and she says to me "Because were busy and were not going to put your order in front of people who are eating here". I was taken aback. I hadnt asked her to do anything like that yet she was being so rude. I ignored it though and asked her if she knew where the next closest IHOP was. She gave me a flat no and said "thank you goodbye" before hanging up in my face. I could not believe it and usually I would just brush it off but this pissed me off so much that I called back. The same woman answered and I asked to speak to a manager. She tells me hes busy in the kitchen and wont be able to come to the phone for at least 45 minutes. Before I can say anything, she again hangs up in my face. I was boiling at this point but I shook it off and called the Hurst location. They were very nice and took my order and said itd be about 15 mins. This womans attitude stayed in the back of my mind and I ended up calling back after 45 mins. Again she told me her manager wasnt available yet. I asked her to just put me on hold. I was more than willing to wait. After about 10 mins her manager comes to the phone and I tell him everything that happened. He was very nice and apologized profusely but in the end I do not think I will be back to this location. Not until they get rid of Dylan.

***If I didnt have to give one star to proceed this IHOP would have not a one star*** Will not be visiting this IHOP anymore folks these reviews are here for a reason before I left my house I read one review that explained about a long wait well I still decided to go being that it was 8:20 at night and when I arrived there was 4 tables with people in it and so we stood in the lobby and waited and waited 10 whole mins before just deciding to walk out not one worker came and spoke, told us one moment or anything. HORRIBLE...this IHOP is only 5 mins from my house but for good service I gotta drive 15 mins up the road to get GREAT service I will be posting about my experience at the IHOP on 183 in Bedford because it was wonderful I mean GREAT!

This IHOP SUCKS. My Server was doing everything on the floor by himself, and he did very well, he wasnt the problem. My food came out cold and tasted awful, I heard employees yelling at each other in the kitchen. The manager could of checked people out and walked right by and waited for our server to do it.The manager seemed eude to his employees. I think my server Zachary should be the one in charge, he gave great sevice. I tipped him extra but wish i didnt have to pay for that crappy meal. The cooks in this place shouldnt even work at mcdonalds neither the manager should. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.

Went to this location this morning for breakfast and was wanting a omelette but saw the chicken crepe on the table and decided to try something new. Our waiter Dakota was very friendly if i did not like the taste he was glad to take it back so i can have something else. Im glad i tried because it was very delicious. Dakota was also very attentive to us with our drinks and we didnt have to wait long for our meals. I am not from here i am from san Antonio and come down every weekend and stay at the candlewood suites but i know where to go to when im not in the mood to cook breakfast.

Typical pancake house fare served here. The staff are nice and friendly but can be forgetful of you. Their healthy menu selections are quite limited but their fattening high calorie (750+ calories) are numerous. I even saw a omelet on the menu that was 1,500 calories. The building needs some TLC and the decor shows its age. However I think the worst thing about this place is - it does not offer free salsa with your eggs or omelets. In Texas that is nearly a carnal sin for a restaurantier.

Is valentines day. Unfortunately I dont get home from work until 10 pm. Im trying to have a meal with my lovely wife. Management here doesnt have the brass the kick out a customer that is disturbing the whole restaurant from having a peaceful meal with vulgarity, saying incredibly objectifying things to the young women in the booth next to them. Imagine if that was your child.

I LOVE IHOP, and this location does not disappoint. Della has been our server several times...Always great service. Dina was awesome today. We never had to ask for anything because she was already on it. Had the Red Velvet Cheesecake pancake combo...WOW! The cooks here even get my extra extra crispy hash browns perfect...that place with the yellow sign never did that.

Usually good. But idk last time I went it sucked. And Today....lol. Idk whats going on up there. But I have been trying to place an order for pick up...and they either dont answer or when they do they dont say anything. Then I got a busy signal like they left the phone off the hook. Like fr. Its late and Im just hungry. So dumb and rude.

We ordered 3 omelettes and a burger. Took an hr to get our order and no one seemed to be concerned that we needed to get back to work. The server seemed disinterested in the fact we were there, and when we asked for all the food to go, he literally shoveled it in to go boxes. There was also no effort to rectify the situation.

Our experience here was most delightful, we came kind of late, so there was no wait for us to be served, and our server Trevor was an absolute delight :) he got us everything we needed and was super patient with us :) got details for everything we ordered and made sure to bring plenty of it :) would go back :)

Been sitting at the restaurant for over an hour for our food. It is late in a Saturday/early on a Sunday just as the bars got out, 1 waitress for 7 tables, no explanation for the lag time. Knowing that it is a busy time, maybe the restaurant should have a full or double staff.

Terrible customer service will not return to this location. Not particularly busy early afternoon when my family visited. The hostess was rude and walked away without saying a word. The servers payed more attention to each other rather customers. Overall unpleasant experience.

Horrible staff. Thoughtless and careless! line to pay, line to dine in and line to pick up arent separate! One long line with incompetent staff not a good combination. General Manager was present and openly said he didnt care!
