My boyfriend and I have been here dozens of times, and have always had good service. Today we came in at 9:45pm. The place was not too busy and we were seated immediately. We saw our server (Ciera) a total of 3 times the whole visit, 1) when she asked our drinks, 2) asked our order, and 3) when she brought half the food. She didnt bring the last bit out, some other server did. When she brought out the food was the last time we saw or talked to her. For 30 minutes after wed finished eating we waited for our check. Nothing. Tried to get the attention of the server working the next table. Nothing. Honestly we considered walking out, thats how bad the service was. It took them 30 minutes to even refill the drinks for the table next to us. After that 30 minutes, and even making eye contact with Ciera when she took another table their food, we got nothing. My boyfriend eventually got up to talk to the person at the cash register, and only then did someone give us our check. It wasnt even our own server, it was the older guy who didnt seem too happy to see that my boyfriend did what he did. This is all coming from someone whos spent years working in a restaurant, serving included. Weve had great service before, but not this time. This was our first time with Ciera. And I can honestly tell you I will not have her as my server again.

Have never had a problem with this IHOP in the past no matter what time I have come by, but when I in on Feb 15th I had the worse experience Ive had in a restaurant. I was with a group of four and we were seated immediately, but it took the waitress about 10 minutes to acknowledge us and then another 10 minutes to come over and take our drink and food orders. Food was delivered in a timely manner and was all correct. That was the only positive experience of the night. Three of us were drinking water and one of us had a Splashberry beverage. None of them were refilled while we were there. The waitress came by and asked if we wanted refills and then disappeared and was not seen again. When we waiting for our check we finally had to get the manager to give us our check so we could leave after waiting almost 15 minutes for our waitress to return. Had it been busier I could have understood, but we were the only people in her section. The manager was nice but didnt seem on top of anything. Overall, a bad experience that makes me wish we had gone elsewhere.

My grandparents took me here for my birthday. They wanted me to have a nice experience, in an environment that did not sell alcohol. When we got there, we asked to have seating that was appropriate for two elderly people. They tried to put us in a booth seat, and we asked them to put it in regular chairs. When they took us to the table it was in a corner and it was very hard for my grandparents to get seated so they had to move to another seat, and when done so the waiter seemed very awkward about it. When we ordered our food it took roughly 45 minutes for the food to get to our table, and when it did the food was hard from the heat lamps because they did not serve it to us when it was done. I had ordered a cordon bleu, and by the time I got to me that raw spinach was wilted, and the ham was the consistency of thin leather. Overall, it was a very rough experience. Also, it didnt serve our salads until they had already given us our entrees. It was very unpleasant. I dont ever plan on going back to this IHOP, but Ive heard that other IHOPs are not as bad.

We were really excited when this store opened. Now, not so much. About a week ago, I went early in the morning to get breakfast to go. For some dumb and unknown reason, this location uses fake eggs, unless you specify real eggs (thats another bad experience). I ordered two of the "samplers" along with an extra order of ham, some peppers, gravy for our scrambled eggs, and a chocolate milk. When I got home, no peppers nor gravy. The pancakes were ice cold, maybe a teaspoon of eggs on each, and the sausage links were like rubber. I called and had to go back to p.u. the missing items. The manager said I had beem given two real eggs per order, but Ive never had so little when I cook at home. $38 plus gas to go back. No more! Next time, well go to the Whataburger or Steak N Shake.

Service is slow. We come back to this one every now and then to see if it has improved on service but once again, fail. Everytime we my family and I have gone, 3 kids 2 adults, we get seated with menus and thats it for almost 15 to 20 minutes. Each time the server is no where to be found. Everytime we go with the kids we make sure its not busy. When we finally get to order and get our food again server disappears. I refuse to go hunt them down. So when this happens little to no tip and bad reviews. I dont get it, why its still a problem. Each time we have tried different server same results.

I have eaten there twice and never had a positive experience. The last time I went was last month, and it will indeed be my last visit. They shoved my wife and I into a tiny table in the middle of the floor, ignored us for the most part, constantly bumped into us serving other tables, and the food was awful. They added sugar to my wifes steak tips and boiled my steak until it was gray and well done. The eggs were mostly raw and the pancakes were bland. The manager and waitress were indifferent. I tried to contact corporate, but they have never returned my emails or messages.

Service was awesome (despite a very busy dining room when we were there recently), food was prepared well, and the dining room was well maintained for such a busy night. When the ol late night omelette craving hits me, this IHOP is usually where we go. We didnt have a huge appetite this visit, but our server was able to accommodate us by having our garden omelette split into halves and putting those on separate plates while juggling many tables. We never felt like we were forgotten about or ignored throughout the visit and will be back when the next craving strikes us.

The wait wasnt too long. However, that didnt turn out too well for my daughter and I. We werent even halfway through eating breakfast and my daughter had to use the restroom. We left a few of her toys at the table. We come back and EVERYTHING IS CLEARED OFF THE TABLE! Our food and her toys, all of it! They even sat down another party! Even the other customers felt bad for us. For some reason they thought we left in the middle of our meal after only sitting down for less than 15min! The most unprofessional and unacceptable experience Ive ever had!

We had a very positive breakfast experience this morning. Our server was very efficient, tending to us with our drink order as soon as we were seated. After checking again, if we were ready to order our food, we ordered, he gave us all our choices and brought it without a long wait, even though the restaurant was crowded. He also checked with us, if everything was to our expectations. Our food was delicious and our waiter (10016 Luis B from our ticket) brought us boxes for our leftovers. This kind of service is hard to find these days. Thank you.
