I am not one to complain and never write reviews but when youre hungry in the morning it becomes personal. I would suggest anyone looking for some food to look elsewhere. The last four times I have visited this establishment my order has been wrong and it has taken me up to four times for the employee at the intercom to understand my order, understandable but frustrating. This last visit though was the icing on the cake, I wanted a breakfast burrito, upon returning to my home I discover I had been given a croissant sandwich and it was stone cold. I shall not be returning Im afraid.

WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER. So I order a cheeseburger before work from this location. Got it unwrapped before I left the parking lot. I flipped it over to put some ketchup and on the bottom bun about the size of a half dollar amount of nasty blue mold. After almost vomiting and thanking god that I didnt take a bite yet. Took it inside and they acted pretty lousy about the issue. Gave me a book of coupons. Whooooo more moldy burger. If you like eating food that has moldy bread then eat at this place, but as for me I will not be returning. Thanks Jack!

This place is a joke i have gone there twice and both times i have gotta burned or just cold and old fries.......when you call to get it replaced they tell you " oh we will replace it your next visit " when u go in they do everything in there power not to replace your order this place has been run down and the management does not care ! and they are no help ....dont waste your time or money in this location.....EVER.......

Theres always something wrong at this location. Most of the employees are decent in their customer service but basically each time I go there, my food is either cold or messily made. Also, wish Jack in the Box made their 2 for 4 croissants a permanent thing. $3.29 for one gross, messily made supreme croissant? Nope.

Went in late at night but our food was still pretty good. Service line at drive through was slow but not unreasonably long of a wait. Order came out correctly and the person at the window was very friendly and seemed happy to be there and happy to handle our transaction.

We were in the drive threw line and no one greeted us when we drove up nor did it seem like they cared about service. It was more of sitting at the window for 7 minutes then oh you had ******as your order right, then walked off. Poor service, poor training

This store is great and for those that think its 24/7 its not. This one closes at 1am get your stores correct. Theres another one up the street on Hurstview street and Bedford Euless Road. So dont complain to this one. Great store. Great employees

I like this location, the staff is very friendly. I just hate waiting for my food and it seems to be a little long a wait at this location. I love the soda machine that lets you create a billion versions of drinks that they have available.
