1. doesnt give receipts so you cant give feedback on their service OR get the free Whopper deal on the back 2. Was told "were out of small cups, so we gave you a medium cup and just didnt fill it up" - Wow, bravo on saving 2-3 cents on another 8 oz of beverage. 3. the McDonalds next door gives a 10% discount for people with a badge from my employer, this place will overcharge you on their advertised sale items because "we dont know what things are on sale on the board outside." But I work in the ghetto, so dining choices are quite limited.

This place is missing something, or someone rather... There used to be a gentle man that looked like Rob Corddry(Lou; Hot Tub Time Machine) He is the one the five stars are going to. Otherwise Thid place isnt really even worth it anymore. SHOUTOUT TO "OUR GUY": "Dude, we miss you! We miss your food, BK is nothing without you! Please come back to work. My husband and 19yo son went inside to place our order ...they werent very busy @this time however the order had to be done 3 times,by then the cashier was very rude to my as he kept retuning and finally he became agitated as well...third order was snatched off the counter by my husband and they came to the car too leave!!! STILL WASNT RIGHT!!!! Smh

The food was decent because all these two employees had to do was heat it up. They worked quite slowly and were very rude. Id still go back for the Whopperito but Im definitely going to try and catch another shift.

Definitely understaffed during the later shift. If the food was cheaper I would understand, but I think corporate can afford to keep two employees on staff at the least AT ALL TIMES. Cmon, bro..

I ordered my food pretty smoothly, but the service was terrible. It took almost 15 minutes for my food to be ready, no joke. Do not eat here, the service is awful
