EPIC FAIL... Yall suck. $9+ worth of piss-poor fast food - the bar isnt very high to begin with. Waited about 10mins AT the drive-thru window (seriously, I almost dozed off), to find that... Someone straightened my damn curly fries!! Meaning didnt give me the curly fries that were clearly called out on my order... Its obviously rocket science folks, so if you can read this review you are over qualified for Jack in the Box and should consider applying at NASA. Sorry, I reeeeeeeally wanted curly fries. Then theres my next great motivator for visiting this particular fast food chain... Mini churros!! Did they squash my hopes and dreams, you ask?? Of course! Why not?? Screw the extra step that "Makes" a churro phenomenal... Theyve omitted the cinnamon & sugar dusting that should occur post frying. The guy that served me was a joke, but I have no expectations there, thats why I drive-thru! But the food accuracy/quality?? Cmon!

We love having a jack in the box in the neighborhood when this place first went up. Its clean, convenient and offers all the traditional jack in the box stuff that I like. However, the past 5 times that Ive been back the service quality has really gone down hill. Giving me the wrong food, slow service, lack of acknowledgement when we first walk in etc... On top of it all, this place is never busy, so there is no reason for the poor service. I am not sure if this store is poorly managed or the manager just doesnt care. Either way, I doubt Ill be back in this location for quite sometimes.

They did it again. They are supposed to be open until 1 am, but I just went and they told me they were closed. Its now 12:49, I was the at 12:37. This has happened at least three times, but Ill never go back now. When I have gotten lunch here, it was ok, just sloppily put together. This could be a good Jack in the Box with some pretty minor changes, but they gotta stay open until 1 if they say theyre open til then.

I would say the best thing about Jack is their selection and the fact they are always open, two great things when it comes to fast food. The selection however, goes from delicious, to poor depending on your selection. Their burgers and breakfast items are on point but the tacos are not so hot. That being said about Jack in general, this location is always fast and fresh with good customer service.

Good food! The service us not up to par, wait time once at window around 8 minutes! The lighting is always not on and they are hardly ever open late night! Thus particular visit the employee put my cheesecake in with my burger and fries and it was ruined by the time I got home! They need some serious training and maintenance done at this location!

Terrible experience. Ordered 8 tacos and didnt receive 1 one of them. Ordered #2 and received #1. Called to tell them what happened, and didnt answer. Waited til next day to call and while explaining what happened, I was interrupted and was told to "just hang on a moment." So I just hung up the phone. Dont waste your time here.

I understand that this is fast food, and I shouldnt expect much. Nothing that I ordered here would I want to have again. My daughter ordered tacos, which are comprised of some ground beef and a piece of american cheese on a tortilla, which is then deep fried. My daughter said as we left "we dont have to ever come back."

Love this location! Great food, great prices and great employees! I have always loved the Jumbo Jack and as crazy as it sounds...the TACOS always are a fan favorite! The location is always clean and well maintained including the restroom! If you want JITB, this ahould be your destination!

Just left drive thru, cant believe the service I received, I am LIVID!!!! The way I was treated is unacceptable, when i asked for his name he said Carlos yet receipt showed Sergio when called to complain no answer, trust me I did the survey, and plan to take it to the top!!!!

This store was disgusting and the bathrooms were even worse if they dont take the time to clean thier facilities then how in the hell do they expect anyone to eat their food. I will not go back thats a promise. I even didnt want to give them 1 star.

Tables are Dirty looked over 3 to get a table .slow had to wait three or four minutes at the counter before anybody even waited on me Note I was the only one at the counter now Im waiting for my food barely understand the person waiting on me

Manager of this location is extremely rude. She is unable to comprehend any new technology (wouldnt ALLOW me to pay using samsung pay), which she has no authority to do. Left the place without any food, avoid.
