I ordered 2 whataburgers and I had a coupon. Then she forgot to give me my cups so I asked her may I have my cups and she made a smacking sound and gave me the cups. Then when someone brought my order to me she gave it to me and walked away when I was trying to ask for a cup holder. I left since I was in a hurry to get back to work. The coke ended up spilling all over me. So I went inside to clean up. I put my car keys on the counter in the restroom since they were all wet too drying them and myself off. Then I went to the front to ask for a cupholder and a receipt. She told me its on your bag. I told her it is not and I looked inside and it was not in there. She then told e she could not print it. Then to find out after refilling my drink my keys were missing. The lady asked me what I was doing I told her I think my keys are in the trash they are missing. She walked away I went to the front to ask them for gloves so I can dig in the trash. Like who would let a customer go through the trash?. She gave me the gloves and so I looked through the trash. And one of the guy employee said dont do that what are you looking for. I told him and so I had to go to the RR trash to find my keys. Digged in the trash can and Found them. As i was leaving He told me I hope your day gets better and Im glad you found. Them he barely got there and helped me. Glad he was there to help but I will not go back here again.

Multiple visits over last 6 months and while food is consistent the customer service is severely lacking. Honestly, for the most part its not the employees who are to blame, it is a poor store design. In order to staff it properly, they would need someone constantly working the front counter or install a door chime that lets them know when a customer enters the store. Ive been in multiple times and stood there at the counter while the employees were heard right around the corner. Ive even spoken to a manager and explained how this is a safety issue for employees. Still nothing has been done to correct. Store owner/franchisee- if you dont believe me, look at your surveillance cameras for 5/9/2017 at around 8:20 am.

This place is awesome, my fiancé and I went to pick up a quick bite to eat here as we visited from Colorado. Weve been twice now, and this particular one took a little longer to make the food, but without us even saying anything the manager came to the window and said we were getting our entire $28 order for free!!! We must have only waited 10 minutes at the drive-through. We werent even upset, we were just waiting patiently and they refunded the whole meal!!!! Super polite and a good dose of that Texas hospitality has made sure that we will be coming back every time we visit! Also if youve never been tried a patty melt and the onion rings, it is an awesome combo

Being Texan Ive grown up eating in Whataburger. While Ive never had any issues before, my experience here was less than stellar. Order came out incorrectly, food was cold, and after complaining it was corrected and our next meal comped. Which unfortunately that order when we returned came out incorrectly as well. The restaurant is clean and the staff, even listening to a complaint, was friendly and helpful.

Who doesnt like a good Whataburger? We went through the drive thru. Would have given it 5 stars but it did take over 20 minutes for us to get two kids meals a junior burger and a number 1 with cheese the fry oil did taste a little old, the burger was good. My order came out correctly. Frienly staff and restraunt seemed clean at least from what I could see from drive thru window.

Great newer location! Food was fast, hot and fantastic! The Monterey Melt is one of my favorited and they made it perfect, fries were fesh and hot, my shake was creamy and thick...just wish they had fatter straws for their shakes. Overall clean, well kept with a friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! They have a great staff and they are so nice, no matter what time of day! I feel very welcomed and loved here. Way better than the one on rufe snow and the one on Davis blvd. Shout out to Peter! He was great and made sure we were good !

Sofie and Rylins class project went very well. They took care of their class stuffed animals, Bo & Lucky, all week. They especially loved their breakfast at Whataburger. Thanks to Jared and the rest of the staff for the great customer service!

Ive had Whataburger in the past and wasnt a fan. However, tonight I had a patty melt from this location and it was delicious. The guy working the counter was very friendly and helpful. He did a super job. I guess thats why he wore a cape.
