My family comes here all the time and I totally would give it 5 stars for the awesome manager and food but this last time I give it a 3 and 0 for 2 of the employees whom were immature teenagers. I slipped and fell with my son in my arms on some water near the soda machines. I got up with him and told one of employees that there was some water there and someone might slip and fall. He chose to ignore me. I told another employee after I saw a little girl almost fall and he chose to ignore me then tell other employees mocking me. The mocking was totally uncalled for so I told the manager and he apologized. The whole incident doesnt want to make me come back. =(

Slowest service of any pie five. Went tonight. Three people in line. They are writing out everything on wax paper and then making the pizza. Six workers with four standing around. Making crust on demand pulling it out of the fridge one by one. Fifteen minutes standing there I just walk out as they have started two pies in this time. Every time I go there it is slower than the last time and the prices seem higher than when they openers or at least compared to the one by work.

food was fine but the service was terrible. the young blonde woman who "helped " us was surly ad dismissive. she nether looked at us to acknowledge our presence but seemed irritated at our food order as she flung the ingredients onto our pizzas. its possible that she was angry that all of the male staff were either in the back or wandering around the shop leaving her on the line alone. she was constantly distracted watching for them.

Ive been to quite a few Pie Fives around DFW because I love the concept and the product is really good. This place has good, friendly customer service. I recommend the thin crust and spicy marinara. My wife loves to have them load her pizza up with feta cheese after it comes out of the oven.

Excellent! Ive been gluten free over 4 years and this is by far the best gf pizza Ive tasted. Cool concept...personal pizza for everyone - have it your way. Fast friendly service. Knowledgeable about gf and conscientious about safety and cross contamination. Cant recommend it enough.

My family and I come to this location once a week. We love it!!! Excellent service every single time! Pizza is the best!!!! The iced tea is amazing! Unsweetened tropical flavor. So deeeeelish!

Pizza was okay. Restaurant layout was very cramped, narrow walk ways and tight seating. 1 soda machine, so there was always a line. For all the hype, I was fairly unimpressed.

Good place to grab a quick pie. The portions are deceiving; they seem small but the pizza will fill you up perfectly. BBQ chicken is my favorite so far.

Great pizza, quick and friendly service. Outdoor eating area has nice umbrellas for shade.
