I gave this place 2 stars because before today I was satisfied. The food is okay, not great but okay. Its not loaded with salt and that I like. The delivery time is okay as well. Here is the problem; like most Chinese takeout this facility doesnt have good customer service and we have come to accept that they just want to make your food and get the money, fine. I normally order once a month from work and today another coworker wanted to order. I stated to the woman who rushed me while ordering "a white meat general tso combo" she said okay what else I ordered the rest. When the food came my coworker asked for her egg roll and we realized it wasnt in the bag. I called to notify them and the woman on the phone was so rude, she told me she charged us for a lunch special. This was a new menu and I was not aware that the 1.65 difference in price was because this "special did not come with the 1.25 egg roll". When I started to explain to her I was not aware of that she snapped at me and said "if you want egg roll you pay for it" I am sure my coworker would have understood that this was a misunderstanding but because she was so nasty to me I hung up and decided I WILL NEVER order from this place again. Its not the price difference thats the problem it was the way I was spoken to over an egg roll.

This is my preferred Chinese restaurant for take-out. The food is good so thats not the reason why they have lost my business. They lost my business because of their very rude delivery guy who gets a blatant attitude (and even points at you and fusses you out in his native language) when you dont let him keep your change or give him a tip. I know a few others who have had the same experience with said bald delivery man. Dude, tips are OPTIONAL and at times, for some, every penny counts. You costed this business several customers.

I just ordered from there and was shocked at how rude these people were over the phone. I will never order from this place again. When I finaly recieved my delivery it was exactly what I had asked them not to do. I am very disappointed. I will curtainly stick to China One and Ming One where the food is great and the service is just as EXCEPTIONAL. Stay away from this place!!!!!!!!!!

The food was about average...nothing special, but make sure to bring CASH if youre ordering from here. They dont tell you this over the phone when you order and they also dont have an ATM so I basically wasted my time...pretty inconveniencing and cheap. Easier to just go somewhere else

Such AMAZING food! I order from Sun Kee at least three times a week. I Loveeee their shrimp fried rice and kun pao chicken. Cream cheese wontons are SO good! The portions are big and relatively cheap. The staffs are friendly and delivery is very fast.

I use to eat here all the time and everything was always exellent just recently i had food i found a hair in my food and my wifes chicken wings had more feathers than a live chicken it was grose so i will never eat at sun kee kitchen again

Been getting food from Sun Kee Kitchen since I was a child. Good food, fast service. The workers are very serious and to the poin so I can see why some people may say they are "rude", which they are not. Quick service as well.

Horrible service. Staff very rube. Not to mention the food is gross. Worst Chinese place in Waterbury. Teriyaki chicken was gross tasted spoiled. Only thing I would eat is the Fried chicken. Thats it.

The food is decent, sometimes the chicken is a little mushy the cashier today at 2:30 could give me correct change though, and overcharged me ontop of that. Hope you enjoy that dollar you pocketed.

No restrooms! Went in and for 4 minutes the 4 people who were behind the counter pretended that they dont see us. After leaving I smelled like refrief oil for several hours. DO NOT GO HERE!
