Palios has been in Highland Village for several years and we always loved their food. A couple of years ago they moved to an new location with a small patio area. This is a BYOB restaurant that always had great food. It was so nice to go, take a bottle of nice wine and sit on the patio and enjoy wonderful pizza. The place was always busy. We decided to go about 6:30 last night, take a bottle of wine and sit on the patio. When we got there we could see there was one open table on the patio. As we walked through the restaurant to get to the patio, the inside was almost empty, with only 2 or 3 tables occupied. When we got to the small patio, there were 4 or 5 tables occupied. We ordered our pizza and asked for wine glasses. They had no wine glasses that werent being used. OK, this is a BYOB, the restaurant is not even a third full and they have no available wine glasses. So we were given plastic water glasses. Not the end of the world, but seemed an indication that there is a management problem surrounding adequate inventory. Our pizza was delivered almost immediately. We were pleasantly surprised and commented to our waiter about the fast service. She laughed and said she was surprised at how fast it came out too. When we took our first bite we discovered that the pizza was lukewarm (at best). There was no way this pizza had just come out of the oven. We wondered if it was even our pizza or an extra that was sitting there, perhaps waiting for a to-go pickup that never showed. It seems what used to be a very busy and great place to dine has fallen victim to poor, poor management! I hope they will do something to turn it around quickly. With more competition in the area, they had better work hard and fast, or they wont be an option.

This was my first time here after passing by it in Highland Village (next to the Walmart) for awhile now. I went with a date and we both found their pizza to taste great. We got The Classic and the BBQ chicken pizza along with cheese bread. Both pizzas were crispy and tasty. The cheese bread was well, cheese bread so nothing too special to write home about there. But overall the pizza is what matters and it doesnt hurt that they had a Blue Bell ice cream freezer and other deserts that topped off the night. Ill definitely be going again.

Went to restaurant about 7pm. First bad sign....only two other customers. Behind counter staff looked bored, mostly young kids working the place. Food came to table quickly. We had ordered childs spaghetti and fettuccine along with a medium veggie pizza. Pizza wasnt very hot. Food mediocre at best. Place is lacking oversight, consequently I believe will be another empty building soon.

Chicken Parmesan: This place just rocks! It seems everything they make was done by the great Italian god, "Dats-A-Gooda Italiano" We are all aware of this god, so theres really no reason to explain. Yummy goodness tip: ask for the Alfredo sauce instead of the marinara. It makes it so much more fatty! However if you like a da marinara, well then by all means, you go!

Omg! I give this place an overall 5 for reasonable price, there pizza is Really good, And Nice appearance. The staff is nice and the place is really clean, all they need now is wifi and theyll be good Togo. I will never go to another Italian pizza place again. This place will forever have my business as long as they keep me happy.

Palios really has great food. It is hands down the best pizza ive had anywhere. Their pizza crust has some great herbs in it and the other ingredients are really great.They have a BYOB policy which makes bringing a bottle of wine to have with your pizza a very attractive possibility.

Always go to the one by me. This one had a fly in the parmesan! I personally went to the manager, and he said that he would give me a new pizza, but not refund My money. That was a pointless offer!!!! I think the public health department should be alerted and shut them down.

I cannot say anything bad about this place! My personal fave is the Mollys which is phenomenal! Always nice polite service, a wait time youd expect for pizza made from scratch, best pizza crust in the universe! If I could talk my husband into having this everyday I would!

What a joke $11 premium for gluten free. Quiet night went to pick up my pizza and AFTER the manager came over said she would only charge an $11 premium for gluten free. when i called in the order they said they would adjust the bill when i got there.

I like good fresh pizza, but this place just doesnt have it. You can tell most of the ingredients are frozen and cooked on a conveyor belt, which is unfortunate, but you get what you pay for. Staff and service was okay.

Palios pizza is our favorite pizza now. Their calzones are different but really good. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I highly recommend this location. Weve never had a bad meal there.

Over priced because food is marginal. Service is horrible, young and inexperienced wait staff. Very poor wine list for the prices they charge... If you want just average food in a nice looking place, ok, go for it.

I always order delivery and it is nice to get the same quality food as dining out. The delivery is prompt and accurate. Chocolate cannoli! Need I say more......

College kids who cant listen to whats ordered. When they came to put our pizza on our table, they almost made a plate fall and just shoved it under the tray.

Good pizza, thin crust style, in a quaint atmosphere. They have a nice patio but the view is crap, unless you liked looking at a Walmart parking lot.
