My daughter frequents Red Robin with her step-mother and enjoys it and decided that Red Robin is where she wanted to celebrate her 6th birthday. This was my side of the familys first time dining at Red Robin and we will not be returning. We all met up there at 6:45pm on a Monday evening. We walked in and had to wait for the hostess to greet us. She was pleasant and helped us sit where we chose. We sat for quite a bit, over 10 minutes before our server finally came to the table. She did not greet us or introduce herself. (Her name is Chantel) She walked up to the table and said "do yall want something to drink?" Already I can displeased, but we ordered our drinks and she brought them back to the table, and immediately walked away. She didnt offer any sweetener for the unsweet tea. Ok no problem, my oldest daughter gets up to get some from another table. Shortly after the drop leaf on the table shifted and my sisters tea falls to the ground. The manager comes and helps to clean up the mess. We apologized for the spill and he was courteous. During that time Chantel comes back with another tea, but a smug look on her face and said "What happened here?" Left the drink and walked away again?. Didnt ask if we would like appetizers, or if we had any additional guests coming. No social interaction what so ever besides her snide comment. She walked passed several times and another 10 or more minutes passes and I finally wave her down and ask if we can order appetizers. She took our order and brought us plates. Our appetizers arrive, and then were all looking around because she did not provide us with silverware. She brought us silverware and at that time our other guests arrive. She took their drink order, and then when she came, she attempted to take all of our order instead of asking if the new guests would like some apps. The guest had to tell her actually we would like to order an appetizer if you dont mind. Long story short, because Im actually tired of typing this but the food isnt that great, but the service was terrible. Luckily Chantel sent the manager (he was nice) to our table and she was replaced with someone who actually liked her job. Fortunately my daughter is only 6 and was oblivious and had a good time. We will not be returning, ever.

Im not a big eater of hamburgers - I think I burned myself out on them as a kid. Once in a while I feel like a burger, and on those occasions I enjoy Red Robin. If Im not in the mood for a burger but the wife and I are looking for somewhere fairly fast, fairly inexpensive and tasty - I still have a mighty array of options. I have regularly enjoyed the chicken sandwiches available and the freckled lemonade is excellent (though if youre sensitive to high sugar, you may want to reconsider the lemonade). The wife is quite fond of the onion rings (theyre not for me) and the fries are top-notch - plus most of the entrees come with bottomless steak fries, hard to argue with that if you like the spuds. Being something of a bargain hunter, Ive much enjoyed the Red Robin Rewards program: periodic free entrees, free burger for the birthday and so on. This particular location had the usual excellent food and friendly service I have come to expect from Red Robin.

I brought my brother here for the first time hoping we would enjoy it and the service was terrible even though it was during a slow period! Although there are free refills on drinks and fries they wait a while before they fill you up again because it saves them money! I waited 5 minutes for our server after hitting the call button and nothing! I also asked for ranch for the fries and never got that either. We left because we were sat with the only server serving the entire restaurant. The way they sat people was rediculous! So instead of paying almost $8 for a small freckled lemonade and sweet tea we only got once we left. But before we did the host tells us our food was in the window lying to us, hard to believe after only 8 minutes 2 burgers are ready! Then he says we dont owe anything because of the awful service so we just left. This place sucks! It would of been close to $20 each so F this place!!!!!

Still here but so far the an employee (will leave name out) was bragging to his coworkers that he didnt care if he yelled at guests and how he even told one that they were the worst customer. Then we received our orders but one of them came with cold fries and hair in the burger. We asked for the manager and the waitress was not discrete at all when calling him over. The staff works hard but need to improve their professionalism. Mike the manager came through for us, he apologized, quickly had the orders redone and checked up on us as well. At the end burgers were great, garlic fries were awesome and everything was delicious. Mike also adjusted our ticket for the inconvenience and the waitress was very apologetic. What could have been a ONE star, was quickly turned to a THREE star. Hopefully next time it will go a little bit better. We will return.

I was so looking forward to eating here because its so close to my home, we usually go to the one at Edwards theater but decided to go here one night. We were seated quickly around 7:30pm and our sever took about 10 minutes to take our order, when I received my chocolate shake it looked/tasted nothing like a chocolate shake when we told our waiter he took the shake poured some chocolate syrup and gave it back to me, my order came out first before my husbands because they messed his order up and I it took them about 20 minutes to get his order right and back to him and even when his order came it still wasnt right, we were charged for food that they didnt even include on the plate. Very disappointed in this establishment, I expected much more.

Service was horrible and our server was off on the other side having a on going conversation didnt come to see if we needed anything and also there burgers are CHARBOILED (YuCK) the fries were okay better then most but their burgers gets a 0 and they were also too sloppy the waiter came with refills after the appetizer and didnt give us new straws everyone else had new straws last but not least $40 went down the drain because the prices and the food isnt worth the price...also we were getting ready to leave we asked for to go drinks of the ones we had and the waiter came back with 2 empty cups guess he was expecting us to pour our drinks in the to go cups once again with no new straws...

My daughter and I are here on a Saturday at 6:30. Went to the bar and sat down but the bartender just looked at us and stayed at te end of the bar...no greeting. We moved to a booth my daughter was uncomfortable. Still no greeting so we asked another waitress to help us. She took our drink order, another waitress took our order. I tried to get a side of the special sauce, but I was told it only came on a burger. I have to say this is probably the worst experience I have had at Red Robin. We have never had a bad experience at any other Red Robin. Just disappointed! No one here looks like they want to be here or that they really care. Just our opinion.
