The worst experience ever. Please do not waste your time going there. Ive been to this Fuddruckers multiple times and today changed my mind to ever to come to this location again. I placed an order online hoping for it to be ready once I picked it up. I went to the online order pick up window. A lady was standing and after seeing me stand there for 10 minutes rudely told me to go to the order line. I went to the order line and stood in line for 30 minutes to be told by the cashier to go to the food pick up window. I explained to her that the first girl sent me here. She said she was sure that the food window would have it. When I got to the food window the man there told me no order had been received. I showed each and everyone of them my email confirmation and order number. Not only was I given the run around, but not one of the employees there offered to help even look for the order. Once they saw the order wasnt there, they just began helping other people without offering me to speak to anyone else. I am extremely disappointed with the service and will never return to this location again.

This Fuddruckers is located in the nice Fountain Lake shopping/entertaining zone, and has always been my kids favorite burger place in Sugar Land. This weekend incident was the worst of any restaurant experience though. My daughter went there with a group of friends. The staff appeared confused, unorganized and short handed. After unusually long delays and mixed up orders, my daughter got her hamburger but it was not what she ordered. After more waiting she finally got her burger and fries, but it actually tasted bad. She threw away half the burger, but still got sick and is missing school today due to diahhrea. I dont know if its Fuddruckers going downhill without brakes, or just temporary food sanintary problems.

Although Ive been to this location many times, and the service and food have been fine in the past, today I was disappointed. We ordered two burgers and a shake. Usually when they bring the shake to the table they bring the metal cup that has the extra, but today they didnt bring it. So I paid for an overpriced shake but only got a small amount. Also, although I ordered a medium rare burger, it was done medium well. And my boyfriend ordered medium and received well done. If you cant cook the correct meat temps, dont bother asking how I want it cooked. Overall a disappointing visit. Like I said, generally this place is good. But maybe they need to train their staff a bit more. At least the cookies were tasty.

My experience here is always pleasant. I enjoy my time here from my arrival until I leave. The wait is usually not bad and my food is consistently good most of the time. I only had trouble one time where I ordered a shake, but it never arrived. I guessed someone else either picked it up or someone didnt get the memo to make one down the pipeline. My problem was quickly resolved as I went up to counter asking why and they just quickly created me one and I left with it to go instead of enjoying it with my burger or after my burger depending on their timings. I really do recommend this place to anyone wanting a great burger, you wont be disappointed.

Unprofessional staff attitude. We went there 30 min before closing and a guy had not even the decency to take his headphones off to answer; just turned his back and walk away! Another girl passed in front of us... and ignored us. We were already at the door when she shouted: We can take your order...! Employees like this can make a highly rated and restaurant go to hell. We were already expecting a: Were sorry but our kitchen is now closed! And that would have never made me write a bad review... Good luck Fuddruckers

Super comfortable atmosphere, always a ton of room for you and any sized group you decide to bring along. Their staff have always been friendly and willing to answer any questions you have (and being generally younger, theyre lively and fun)! Definitely give their shakes a try and dont be afraid to help yourself to the toppings bar for lettuce, sauces, etc. The serving sizes are large and definitely worth the price, so its common to walk out with a food-coma or a to-go container.

Called to place order was disconnected twice. Call third time place my order. Got there and my order didnt even get entered. Cashiers were rude just talked to each other and didnt even greet me. They had to enter my order there. Waited and waited walk up to the pick up area about my order and the cooks didnt even know about it. I was starving just wanted my food and got. Never coming here again. Staff needs to be retrained.

I have visited this location many times and I have always had a good meal. Fudruckers is never going to be a cheap burger but I always feel like the quality and quality I get is worth it. I would highly recommend getting a shake as they are made from hand dipped ice cream and they are always awesome. The shakes are also large enough to share if you are in a sharing mood.

I ordered at 6:30 for pick up and arrived at 6:40. I went to the pick up register and it took them 15 minutes to help me only after I had to beg someone to help me. The lady then proceeds to give me attitude when Im just trying to get help. Fast forward I am eating cold food, I could have ordered on the spot and taken less time with hot food. If you go here eat inside!

As always great food at Fuddruckers and great service, management came over to the table and asked about the food and the service and gave a complimentary chocolate chip cookie... definitely a perfect ending to my lunch visit. Love this place, love their food, going back again, also a great place to watch your favorite ball games and still spend time with the family!

Ive been to many burger joints but I always enjoy coming back for Fudds juicy burgers. The topping stand is always clean, organized and fresh looking. Sign up for the e-mail newsletter for special offers and BOGO Thursday and youll always be prepared when you suddenly need to visit. Arcade games could use a desperate update.

I have been coming here for the last 11 years but the last few visits the service & cleanliness of the restaurant has gone down hill. But this visit was nice and seems to be improveing a lot. Fresh condiment bar and the food was prepared as ordered. Prices are fair and because the improvement Im giving them a 5 star.

The food here is very good. And they have been adding options to their menu over the past year or so that makes it appealing to more people. This location is always very busy, with a ton of kids. Consequently, it is usually very loud and messy. I dont fault the staff, they try and keep up as best they can.

We went for dinner on July 14th and got to say the service and food was AMAZING!! The young gentleman at the register was quick, friendly and very sweet. The condiments bar was so clean as were the soda dispenser. The food came fast and was hot and fresh, perfectly cooked meat. Will definitely keep coming.
