I went there for the gluten free buns. I ordered the buffalo and some people at the table ordered regular beef. The quality of beef was impeccable. Then they put that high end beef on a wood fired grill . Oh my God, was it good. Even the french fries were fancy smancy good. They were not fast or really all that too slow but I would give extra time during a work day-lunch. What a treat that burger was. When they say half pound patty, you better believe them. The buffalo was lean enough not to set off any indigestion I normally get eating giant hamburgers. I walked out full and not feeling ucky like the way fast food can do. I see other reviews of it being disorganized. When I was there, they had one fella meet us at the door to seat us, and he seemed to captain that ship for a smooth ride. Perhaps he was gone that day of the bad reviews. A complex menu requires a lot more leadership. And this place is not cheap. What would you expect on Market Street? but it was really good and worth it to me.

My wife and I ordered from the custom menu. My wife ordered a gluten free bun and extra crispy bacon. The bun wasnt gluten free and the bacon was a sorry excuse to be called bacon. I ordered a medium burger and I received a rare. Our server was nowhere to be found in order to point out the bun and my undercooked burger. The waitress came to our table after an unreasonable amount of time , the excuse was , there was a issue to be resolved. I noticed all the servers on their phones in a corner and completely misguided. It was literally a shame they got the storefront they have thus giving a impression of a quality meal. We both were sick after the meal . $30 for 2 burgers and 1 side a fries , not worth getting it for free. Pass on this "burger join"

This place appears to be getting a lot of negative reviews, which is very disappointing, because Ive never had a single bad experience. The service has always been fantastic, my food is worth every penny, the beer is always cold, and never had to wait a long time. The Sweet Sriracha wings are some of the best wings Ive ever had. The burgers are just AMAZING. A lot of people seem to be complaining that they walked in, sat down, and didnt receive service for a while. It clearly says, at the entrance, to "Wait to be seated". If they dont know youre here, how will you be helped?

We went to the counter and will never go again. The food is over priced and not good. Bison was tough and over cooked. I belive the meat was overworked during prep because bison is tender. The burger was 12.75 (1/3 lb). Teds Montana Grill in Atlanta has the best bison and i can pay 11.00 for 1 lb burger and fries. The food was very salty. There was not a good selection of drinks for kids. The lemonade had black substance in it. The cost of the meal for two adults and one kid was $50 without drinks. I would travel 1 mile down the road to Jerry built.

Burgers were pretty good and you can customize your burgers by placing check marks next to options on a paper that the waiter takes from you. They had all the odd options like kale and organic this and grass fed that. I believe you could order a Bernie Burger with Hillary on it and a side of resist protest to eat in a safe space. I guess most upscale joints are going in this direction though. It was crowded and the were understaffed so a lot of tables were not cleaned off and the floor had trash around the tables. Overall an okay burger though.

Always top notch, the burgers are outstanding.... the service is always great and the place is super clean. This is not a place for cheap burgers this is top quality stuff. They have lots of options for the burgers, you fill out a list that lets you check off what you would like on it starting with what protein you want - beef/chicken/bison/turkey even Mahi Mahi -- they have plenty of vegan options as well if youre into that sort if thing -- they have salads, sandwiches, shakes, malts, beer and wine ---- try it out, youll enjoy it

Firstly, I kind of went here with high expectations because I really like the Washington location; however, nothing really tasted similar to the Washington location. Everything had less flavor and my burger was kind of burnt and dry. I also cant justify $1 for the "premium" topping of 5 slices of mushrooms. Thats one dollar for one mushroom... The only "pro" to this whole meal was probably the pesto. I ordered a side of it, and I put it on everything but I probably wont come here again.

My boyfriend and I were there for 45 minutes. We waited a long time for someone to take our order and after we put our order, we waited and watched other couples that came in after us get their food first. When we finally got our food we were very frustrated to find the order we carefully wrote down on the slips they gave us to be mixed up. They confused what my boyfriend and I ordered and I ended up with a raw hamburger and his was overcooked. We left and ate sandwiches at HEB instead.

Terrible service. Please wait to be seated actually means "seat yourself while our wait staff chats by the bar." Waiter screwed up drink order, then brought out drinks with crap floating in them. Menu is horribly overpriced for burgers. Custom burgers are kind of novel, but it completely forgoes a chefs ability to compose a good dish, and makes the ordering experience arduous for the customer. On all levels, this is a horrible dining experience.

First time customer. I ordered one of the Weekly Special burgers. For $11, you get the burger and a side. I ordered the "Old School" and Sweet Potato Fries. The burger was cooked fine, but had no flavor. The fries were extremely bland and somewhat stale. Ordered a Dr. Pepper. The drink was flat and watered-down. Overall, barely touched the Dr. Pepper, didnt eat the fries ... after tax and tip, paid $18 for a very mediocre hamburger.

I been to this place twice with my family and thought it was very good but tables are not stable. Yesterday me and group of. Friends wanted to eat at this place because other places was busy due to prom night. We are group of freshmen.we waited at the front to wait for the waitress for 20 mins and then a ladle pointed at us then 5 mins later told us to stop loitering and go. My friend said we wanted to eat and the ladie said go

GLUTEN FREE BUNS The Gluten Free bun was good however it didnt hold up to the burger I made from the u-pick, however that maybe due to the toppings I ordered and not the quality of the bun. The fries and sweet potatoes are gluten free as well, however they are fried in the same fryer as the fried pickles which are breaded so if you are that sensitive might want to stay away. Really enjoyed the burger, would go back again

Food was good. Portions were pretty small. Definitely overpriced: $41 including tax and tip for 2 burgers with fries and a shake. The bathroom was complete disarray: No toilet seat covers, overflowing trash bin, paper towel roll sitting on sink, gunk stuck to the baby changing table, and slippery floor. Experience took far longer than it should have. We were there for more than an hour.
