Read below for a proper review: The food: Consistently their food is amazing. I have not had a hotter, juicier, more tender hamburger in my life. The vegetables are fresh cut and not piled on your straight-from-the-grill hamburger until it is ready to be served. Fries and other finger foods are truly endless with a basket purchase. They are made for you fresh on request and come out piping hot. The huge variety of toppings and condiments are always delicious and have never failed to deliver. The guacamole is creamy and smooth, the bacon is hot and crispy, the lettuce is fresh and cold, the mayo and mustard are applied in perfect quantities... I could go on but I believe the picture has been painted. I give 5 stars based on the merits of their food alone. The dining area: This place is sparse with a few small tables and benches. It has a smattering of decorations here and there. The big front Windows give you a great view of the stone-gray parking lot. Its not high class dining, folks. It is a burger joint. Its not a place for customers to feel out of place. Suit and ties sit in the same room with shorts and flip flops. Everyone there arrived for the same reason; to eat good food. The service: this is the only thing that I can find inconsistency with. I have had both positive and negative reactions concerning the mannerisms of the employees. They come off, at first, seemingly rude. Before ordering they are impatient and short with you. It is hard to describe because after ordering or serving you they are rather pleasant and easy to converse with, eager to earn your patronage again. If I had to make a recommendation to the staff, it should be that they ought to consistently be pleasant. To the customer, expect it to be busy at peak business hours and the staff be a little short, expectedly so.

it was 3pm on a sunday afternoon and 6 hungry warriors (we have medals that say we are warriors) had just finished dashing through obstacles. we looked for food...not any food, but an amazing burger. we stumbled on an unassuming strip where we saw burger fresh! though they were close to closing, they were gracious enough to feed us (i think we must have looked quite famished) and im glad they did. THIS BURGER WAS AMAZING. well first its huge and it was definitely freshly made (hence burger fresh). it did take a bit longer to come out than most burger places but it was definitely worth the wait. i think the one thing that really set the burger apart was the bread! i dont even know how to describe it except that it was buttery and toasted and everything wonderful. i got my burger with TATER TOTS which were hands down probably the best tots ive ever had. they were golden brown and had a really great crispy crunchy goodness on the outside versus some tots which are just soggy and greasy and really not that enjoyable to eat. some of my friends got onion rings, which although you only get a few, are HUGE. and also fantastically delicious. i might start going to the lake more often just so i have an excuse to drive up 45 to this perfect little burger joint.

RIP OFF!!!!!! Back in the day they had a GREAT OWNER .. everything was "fresh" the prices werent mcdonalds, but still affordable! .. Then .. I had a really bad experience w/ them after the hurricane. I let that go, just decided Id never eat there again. Welp, stupid me .. I had 15 minutes till I had to get back to work. So I rushed in there, because Burger Boy was to crowded (for obvious reasons) burger fresh only had a handful of costumers. So, I order a bacon cheeseburger basket. IT WAS $10.61!!!!!! and the drink I got was what you would call in between a small and extra small at McDonalds. I was in a rush, so I gave her my money. Took forever to get my food. Rushed back to work. Sat down. Opened my doggie bag .. and I hardly had any fries. You could really tell they were frozen and not cooked right... they were hard and cold. My burger was the SMALLEST patty EVER! .. and .. guess what? .. no bacon. Did I forget to mention the cashier hardly looked at me. No smile, no thank you .. nothing. RUDE! This time .. I will NEVER EVER EVER go back! Im gonna call in an order to burger boy next time.

This used to be a good place to eat but not anymore. There were four of us in the group and not one of us will go back. The buns and meat were as cold as if they had just been pulled out of the fridge. My husband ordered the bacon, avocado, ranch burger and guess what... there were no avocados or ranch dressing on the burger. The patties used to be fresh and not those thin little frozen patties. We had to wait for the staff to finish smoking at the back door to address the issues and when we did, she argued with us and said she knew the burgers were made right and basically called us a liar. When we said it was so bad we would not be back she shrugged her shoulders and said "Oh well." How this business can continue to stay in business with the food they are serving and the staff that acts like the two did today is beyond me.

This place it not worth your money nor your time. Honestly, the food has potential and the fact that its a local store people want to support it. But, this is ridiculous. The reason why places like five guys, Carls Jr, McDonalds and other fast food chains are suffocating places like this is because they can consistently produce. I just spent 14 dollars on burger and fries and a drink with the burger not even taking up the entire bun, there is literally an inch of extra room all around. If youre going to charge a speciality or premium price for food at least deliver something that you cant get anywhere else. Very disappointed. Does this picture look like a 13 dollar burger? Smh

Ok, the food was good but, customer service is horrible. My 3 year old son and I went there for the first time last january. I wasnt sure what to order for him or myself. We had a horrible and emotional draining day. We were both hungry so we came to burger fresh, trying something new that had no memories of the family member that we lost that morning. The man behind the counter made me feel foolish for not really knowing what to order, he was rude and impatient. He made me feel like we were an inconvenience. Dont think well ever go back... customer service is just as important as the atmosphere and the food.

whoa! We were excited about going to Burger Fresh for the first time and were we ever diapponted. We had 1 double hamburger and split it (as we heard they were big) and they are. We had 1 order of Onion rings and a coke. Total $14.00 and change. The hamburger was so messy, had no flavor at all. We just had mustard, onion, lettuce and tomatoes.. nothing extra or special. We had a total of 4 (four) onion rings and two of them had NO onion inside at all. Now you tell me is that $14 dollars worth of food??
