Wow for a restaurant with 4.6 stars I would have thought there was no question that it would be great. Nope, sucked. Go to burger King instead. Ordered two burgers that sounded good and the cashier agreed that they were. Burger meat was ordered med-rare, came out well-done and dried out like you would expect from any fast food restaurant, same went for my girlfriend. Toppings are somewhat interesting but not enough to get around the awful meat. It reminded me of those off-brand frozen beef patties you can find at walmart. Fuddruckers should be the standard to meet or beat and they spank Grub Burger hard. If you cannot make a good basic cheeseburger dont try covering it up with a bunch of toppings... although it does seem to have fooled the reviewers. Just Burgers gets only a 4.2 and they have idiotically-good burgers, granted the restaurant is a hole-in-the-wall mom and pop shop and could use a make over. I suppose the reviewers care more for a snazzy environment to make them look cool than quality food. Sometimes I wonder if these reviews are real or paid for. Seriously, the prices are right but 4.6 stars is way too high for typical fast food.

Im giving a 3/5 because I think I tried the wrong things - what I had was fine, but nothing special. However, I would love to go back and try something else! We started with the luau fries. There was delicious gooey cheese, a generous portion of shredded, juicy pork and the pineapple slices added a unique touch! However, I really wasnt crazy about the BBQ sauce. I prefer a sweet sauce and this was way to tangy for my tastes. I would totally order this again, but have them sub in ranch instead of BBQ. Hubby chose our burger - The Cuban, their current special. It featured a pork patty, ham, Swiss and pickles. I didnt think it was anything special, but it also is not the burger I wouldve chosen. ET Milkshake - this milkshake had peanut butter, chocolate, peanuts, Reeses Pieces and is topped with whipped cream and a peanut butter cookie. Honestly, the cookie was my favorite part. I really prefer Custard milkshakes, so I dont think Id get one here again. But like I said, I would definitely come back for those fries, a different burger and maybe try the Brussels sprouts?

Tonight my boyfriend and I decided to splurge and try a new place to have a juicy burger (NOT) and I was not impressed at all. I got the OMG burger and the wheat bun was hard & dry, the meat was so well done it was not tasty but very dry as well, the chili was ice cold which I feel it should of been at least warm to go with the burger and it just wasnt very tasty overall. I hardly ever go out to eat anymore as Im a big health nut and cook my own meals so I am quite picky. I think the bun should of been a lil thinner so it doesnt taste like a bread burger so to say and squishier/softer. The quality of food def wasnt there. The only cool thing was the decor of the place and its located in a trendy area. To be honest I would rather of eaten @ home or gone to Just Burgers which is a small mom & pop hole in the wall but the burgers are AMAZING!

Even for dinner, the line was not very long to place your order and there was plenty of places to sit. Everyone working there was very pleasant and helpful. The prices were reasonable for the type of food we ordered...not cheap, but not expensive. The turkey burger was not the greatest Ive had, but it was still good. It needed either more spices or different spices because the flavor was a bit on the bland side for my taste. The sweet potato waffle fries were excellent, especially with the jalapeno ranch dressing they offered. There was a great selection of shakes and alcohol (and alcoholic shakes) that my party loved, but I didnt get the chance to taste. Overall, the group loved it, and Ill be back again, but Ill be trying a different burger next time.

First time customer. Great burgers, I had the Jive Turkey full of flavor fresh and homemade taste. My wife had the Philly Cheese steak..it was excellent. Nice juicy and full of flavor. The jalapeño ranch dipping sauce was a good compliment to the food. Banana Pudding shake ooh my I love homemade banana pudding and this drink sent me on a reminiscing journey back home. It was delicious. Only I mean only thing that could have been better was the onion rings. They had a great taste but a little to hard for my fillings to handle. I will definitely be back. My new burger stop.

The burgers are fresh and very moist. The menu says the buns are made fresh every hour and i believe them bc the buns are excellent. This place gets packed for lunch but no worries because the service is fast. Free refills on fountain drinks and teas. Average price is around $11, but well worth it for a great tasting burger. I think its every week (but it could be ever couple days) they create a special burger you can order that will not be on the menu, but on the televisions they have in the resturants.

One of the best restaurants I have been to. A very nice and family friendly facility. Quality food made fresh, and with awesome presentation. Their milkshakes are to die for as well. With catchy names such as "Worm in Dirt" or "Kitchen Sink" which is also presented very well. The staff is very friendly and professional. This place is also very inexpensive. If you are ever in The Woodlands area you must come here.

I love Grub! The food is fantastic, the staff is great, the atmosphere is good. BUT, I have one issue with Grub... I can order my teens a "kids meal" for a regular price but when I order a "kids meal" for myself, Grub charges me $2.00 more for the same exact order! I dont understand that at all. My order doesnt require any more labor, food, containers or anything so why am I being charged more???

I have only come here for lunch because its right around the corner from my work, but the food here is great and the staff are friendly. I have had several of their burgers and they are all good, but my favorite meal is the Goat Cheese salad. They also have great shakes, which are different from your ordinary chocolate shake. I would recommend everyone to try this restaurant if you are in the area.

Very good burgers, amazing sweet potato fries, not the usual single fry style but waffle pattern and large. I recommend getting the side jalapeño ranch as a dip for the sweet potato fries and its not spicy at all. The milkshakes are a decent size but too much fake whip cream. I wouldnt order milkshakes here but the rest is great. The food came very fast, little wait time.

I think they were still working out the newly open restraint issues when we went. It has casual decor and we received good service. But unfortunately the martini my friend ordered was the worst she ever had and the happy hour they have advertised online did not match up with what they actually offer. Maybe we will try again after they have been opened longer.
