Usually come here and everything is great, today I came in and the cashier did not even acknowledge me. He seemed extremely out of it, as if he was high on drugs, he did not once look at me or ask how I would like my burger cooked. The whole restaurant smelt like an old wet rag. Especially by the drink machines, which were covered in mess/grease from food. Our beeper that is supposed to beep when the food is done went off and when we went to get our food it was not even ready. When we finally got our food the cashier handed us our milkshake, which we had to remind them of and had a bad attitude.

Food was Good, but 30 min before closing, they forgot parts of our order and then started vacuuming around our table and even went as far as moving chairs a foot in front of our table to vacuum by our feet. The shot vac they were using was blowing whatever was on the floor into the air and essentially into our food. They also pulled condiments and put drinks away right after we got our order and we were out by closing.

This place is great!! Kinda pricey but you get a lot of quality food so its understandable. Great spot for a cold beer and a nice burger. Tons of options, just wish they had a pineapple option. The staff was nice. Quick service and very fresh and clean condiment bar!! They even had a cute section for the kiddos.

This is certainly a great burger here. Fresh ingredients with help yourself fixings. I love the fact I can add queso for free and as much as I would like. Quantity is of high importance a as is quality and they do well to serve me with both. Its a franchise and its not perfect, but certainly it is great.

I was here a couple of hours ago and the food was as great as always but not only that, the staff was great also, starting from the cashier and the busser. The busser was super polite and very attentive, which made the dinner feel just right. Give this guy a raise (sorry, I forgot to ask his name).

It was all good exept that i could swear i ordered a half pound burger, but it looked like a quater pound burger. I have been the 290 location and their half pound burger looks, and has the density of one. I wanted to send it back but it was late and the reataurant was about to close.

Always come here to get my burgers, tried the chicken sandwich and it was really great!! Staff is always nice and the new manager is a keeper. He always remembers me when i come in and makes me ferl like a valued customer. I will return hopefully with coupons in hand and a good deal! !

Burger was cooked just as requested, and topped with the extras good. Cashier have us more bleu cheese as requested too. Had a coupon for Thursday buy 1 get one burger combo. Would recommend joining their mailing list as they are always emailing specials.

We had an amazing experience with Stephen the General Manager. He greeted us and made my daughter feel special. Sometimes just making someone smile turns their day around and this General Manager with a cool Mustache displayed that today.

I love Fuddruckers, but this location is terrible. They are incapable, it seems, of making a burger medium rare. It is always well done and the tag they put on it even says well done. Very disappointed.

The food is not good enough to warrant the high price tag. Sure, there are a lot of varieties, but I havent eaten a burger here that I really enjoyed. Five Guys blows this place out of the water.
