I am sorry but the service was terrible. The food tasted OK, but I wish there was food in buffet trays. The trays were empty and people were scrapping off the remains, the servers are walking around busy but never cared to refill the trays. The place is too cramped with tables rt to the entrance door. I am not sure if this is the case all the time, but with my experience today, I am not going back there ever. The fish in fish curry was half cooked, you kidding me ? this is very unprofessionally managed. I am surprised with 4 star rating, this should be like 1 or 2 star rating. The service is worth nothing. Worst part is the food trays in buffet are not filled up automatically, I had to ask them to re-fill 3 dishes on the menu, and they ran out of some items way before buffet end time. Sorry, but 1 star is a lot based on my experience today.

It was okay, to say the least. I ordered the palak paneer and the chicken tikka special. Upon receiving the food, it also came with fish sticks and rice pudding. Tried them all, wasnt really impressed. They did spice up the food, and there were a decent amount of people inside wanting to eat, but my impression of the food still stood: the palak paneer looked like pureed baby food and lacked a lot of texture. The chicken tikka tasted like the usual ones Ive tried at other restaurants, except for the chunky sauce which wasnt creamy. Rice pudding didnt taste fresh, and fish sticks were satisfactory for what its worth, and overall the portions were small, so I was left wanting more. Mango lassi tasted too strong with too much mango and not enough yogurt. Okay food, and too far, so not coming back.

Again, one of my worst experiences I have had. Been there on a Saturday afternoon, looking at the buffet we chose to go for Ala-carte. Turns out only buffet available. We thought how bad could it be & thats where I was horribly wrong. The food was so bad, one of he curries had uncooked potatoes with the peel, another had huge chunks of uncooked onions with the ends. Ice cream was served as a desert which was completely melting. The service was so bad & shabby, the waiters were scruffy & did not seem to have a haircut or a shave for ages, clothes were shabby not to mention the place was unhygienic. Will never go back again.

I had very very bad experience. We ordered Roti with Palak panneer it is not fresh and clearly we came to know that they just taken from refrigerator and even not well heated up. The panneer piece is cold in between. after that we ordered Fried rice and Biriyani both are worst. I never want to write a bad review but this time I could not resist my self. Even one of the server was not behaved in a good manner when we told him that food is not good but others are good. We dont need so much of customer care but here we did not get minimum from him. I will never go to this place again.

Excellent Indian food and at a reasonable price. I have tried over half the menu and have not been disappointed by any dish. My favorite in the kozhi varutha curry which the server claims is the hottest curry in Houston, and I dont doubt him. It will make you break out in a sweat but has so much flavor you can not stop eating. The buffet on the weekend for lunch is a deal as well. Very fresh and excellent variety both veg and non-veg.

I strongly feel that the reviews are hijacked. Most of them by A google user. The cost of the vegetarian thali they serve will approximately be $1.25 for which they are charging $8.99 and Tips on that. Considering they are serving Thali the food quality is very low and service is slow. Plates are of cheaper quality. The selection of items available for lunch are very cheap. Food quality and quantity should improve a lot.

Beware of having Indian buffets here. Being an Indian I found nothing Indian about the food. The bread(naan) were totally rubbery and cold as stone when served. I have tried some other dishes to thinking of giving them a second chance but was dissappointed again. The food is not at all great and do not recommend to anyone trying Indian Food for the first time.

Today we ordered 1 chicken biryani, 1 goat dum biryani, 1 chicken tikka masala, 1 chicken fried rice and 1 chicken 65 for to go. I never ever taste biryani like this and the goat meat was chewy and rubbery. Biryani taste like tamarind rice, chicken tikka masala, fried rice also very poor taste. And the chicken 65 also not good . Waste of money ($68.14)

Really pathetic vegetable korma...almost as if they didnt know how to make it. Was not creamy and way too spicy, korma is supposed to be fairly mild. The veggies were scant, some peas, cauliflower and a couple tiny carrot pieces. The Naan was nothing special. I didnt finish it and Im still hungry. As an Indian cuisine aficionado I can not recommend.

We went for dinner to Annam today . Food was ok but service was great. My little one wanted French fries which wasnt on the menu . The person taking order looked at my sons face and got them made on special request . Now this doesnt happen everywhere . As for food naan bread was extremely soft and so was curry . Would go back again !

The reviews here have been hijacked. Annam is a smelly place where the waiters come by and ask you - "How is the food" several times, all while knowing that they havent delivered to your specifications. Please try walk into their kitchen once and you will never return. A pricey, unclean, disatisfying place to waste your time.

Terrible service. Came toward the end of the lunch rush (around 1pm). Didnt mind that the place was full. Problem was, once I got a table, I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order - no one even took my drink order, even though I got the waiters attention several times. Eventually left without eating.

Food is good, large portion sizes for sharing. The restaurant/building is really dirty. Had a roach crawl on my table and my wife and I looked at each other in disbelief. The sever came by to kill it and didnt even apologize about it being there in the first place.

I like the service, the affordability and the food is very tasty and authentic. But, I wish they would clean the walls and upgrade the furniture. Ive been there 3x and Ive had to look away from the walls whilst eating. That is the only reason I would not return.

Went here for the first time to try their weekend buffet. Prices are reasonable, food is GREAT, staffs are always friendly, and did I mention that the food is great? The whole experience was great and I will definitely come back again and again.

The Sunday buffet lunch had good variety of food. The quality of food was excellent. The restaurant is cosy, clean, and fresh. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is one of the better Indian restaurants in Houston. Highly recommended.
