The A/C was turned off because the owner is being so cheap. This is not the first time it happens but it WILL be my last time coming here. Who is comfortable eating and sweating at the same time? Hello dude!!! WAKE UP! Keep treating your business so cheaply and you will keep losing customers. And Styrofoam plates? SERIOUSLY? Too lazy or cheap to wash plates? The food is okay no doubt but service and restaurant overall are one of the worst experiences. And if you try to tell them anything it either gets ignored or frowned upon. Oh...and the exhaust to their grill was not working...AGAIN!!! They had the door open to allow the smoke to get out instead of burning your eyes out. Maybe they should just move their business to a taco truck because taco trucks at least have working exhausts. And dont get me started on the nasty stinking restrooms. Just walk close to them and you can smell what "surprise" awaits you. I rate this restaurant an F for FAILURE.

I am just like you, I had read all the bad reviews and even after reading decided to go try anyways. Today wasnt the first time I had been. I had previously been there when a 20 something guy had been working there. I recall him very well, because of his heavy fingers. He had twice charged me and extra plate and didnt include with my to-go order. I was my stupidity to go try again. Today was different guy, but different story they couldnt figure out what I order. I had my kids with me and had to go back and forth THREE times because of the naan. Are they that much of precious commodity? Why didnt the manager take care of the matter. I wouldnt be surprised if they spat in my food. Heed the warning guy, POOR service and worst part is that no apology, Sorry I made a mistake. I forgot they are doing me favor.

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE, OK food, High prices for this dirty little place in a Rundown center, where you cant even use half decent restroom. Owner needs to train and teach some manners & how to talk not only to his employees but his SON as well, particularly when they have been losing customers to nearby Tempura restaurant left and right which is much cleaner, better customer service and whole lot more variety of better food. They act like they are doing a favor to snatch your dollars. I usually dont have time to write reviews. We understand it is a Pakistani restaurant but they need to understand it is not in Pakistan. You CAN NOT treat your customers like dirt or keep this whole in the wall that DIRTY. WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY THIS RESTAURANT.

Going there for years now, but todays experience was one of the worst. I understand that some people are not custom to tip, but that doesnt mean you can randomly ask customers to leave a few dollars on the table. This was insulting as I come from a food service industry and know the tipping standards. Not sure if both gentleman at the counter are owners or related to the owner, but they have the worst attitude and demeanor. Their character does not demonstrate if they are in fact in good faith. They need some smiley faces working in this place before I will ever step foot in here.

This place is delicious if you want some Halal kabab. The meat is evenly seasoned and can be very spicy. If you dont enjoy spicy food, then I dont recommend going here. If you do, then youll love this place. Its not a typical restaurant where you have someone waiting on you. You come in, look at their menu, and order at the register. Then you find yourself a table, and theyll bring out the food to you. After youre done eating, theyll clean the table for you after you leave. Prices are decent. Atmosphere is casual. Pretty much a no-frills sit-down restaurant that has delicious food.

Food is decent, and pricier than it deserves to be. Customer service gets a 2/10. I walk up to the order desk and there are four people behind the desk: two preparing orders, old gentleman just sitting there reading his papers, and the person managing the desk. The person responsible for taking orders was just standing there talking to the people preparing the food - not important talk, just bsing. It took him a total of three minutes to walk two steps and ask me what I would like. If I wasnt picking up for somebody else I wouldve straight walked out while flipping them off.

So if you want to pay to be insulted and get tremendous rude service by all means go ahead. And WARNING!!!!! IF YOUR ORDER IS INCORRECT AND OR YOU WANT SOMETHING CHANGED, DONT! JUST DONT, CUZ YOU WILL NOT WIN AN ARGUMENT WITH THEM. IF YOU GO THERE AND THE WAIT TIME IS TOO LONG AND YOU ASK THAT THERE IS SPACE IN THE NEXT ROOM THEY WILL NOT OPEN BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE IF YOUR STANDING. If youre looking for a fancy place, good atmosphere, and great experience, this may not be the place for you. this place focuses on serving really good and authentic pakistani food!! So yes, they serve in styrofoam plates but the food on those plates is really what youre paying for and its the best of its kind!! My favorite is the bihari kabob. I pour their tamarind sauce on top and eat with the naan (or paratha depending on my mood). Just remember: this place is REALLY GOOD LEGIT PAKISTANI FOOD! Nothing more but at the same time... nothing less.

If you care about the tasty and authentic food then go!!!!, dont go If you want good ambience and great customer service. The review about paying 10% bill extra for party of 15-20ppl ... Dude... Please pay these poor waiters atleast 10% of bill as courtesy tip anyways ... They r bringing the food and drinks to you... It will take 20-30 mins to get food ready bc they put everything on BBQ when u order...And sometimes they dont run their AC and its hot ... So I mostly take out... Seating is better than Bissonet location.

they never answer their phone,Serve is Styrofoam plates and the service sucks. The chubby guy who is the manager sits on his behind and doesnt do anything .He has got my order wrong 3 out of 5 times I have been there.He looks like he dont wanna be working there at all . Worst part is that he doesnt even apologize when he gets the order wrong rather he acts like he is doing you a HUGE favor by fixing your order that he got wrong in the first place.Food is amazing but be prepared for horrible service with an attitude.

The place has horrible sitting area that is filled with smoke from the grill and fryer. The place reeks of the smell of grease. It is difficult to sit and eat. Food is reasonable but sitting in the restaurant is a very stressful experience. I came here before and the problem has not been resolved. The restaurant also needs to be cleaned as it is quite dirty and disgusting. I rarely give bad reviews but this place deserves it.
