If I could give them no stars if I could! The owner is completely rude, nasty, and has no idea how to treat customers. Along with other issues the last time I visited my mothers and my order were wrong. After driving 20 minutes away to my destination to find out the food in the box was not what we ordered I called and explained. I was told bring it back and he would "swap" the food out. Explained I was far away he said "well thats all I will do" and hung up the phone before I could say another word. I went back and said I just wanted a refund. He gave me my money and took the food (which Im sure was then placed back on the counter to be served to someone else) no apology at any time and when I said my family will no longer be coming here he simply said "okay". He needs a definite attitude adjustment and should care more about when his business makes mistakes and his customers are unsatisfied.

Tryed calling 15minutes multiple times before arriving to order in person anyway. Had over an hour to order and eat dinner before work. I get there. Takes 10minutes to order, was told 30mins. So I run out and come back to only be standing there for the food not even ready an hour after ordering. Lied to multiple times. Had to leave empty handed. Good thing I didnt pay first.

This place is great! My husband and I stopped in here starved and got delicious food in a very timely manner. Had a few of their specialty pizzas, one with eggplant (which was my favorite) and one very cheesy broccoli slice (which my husband thoroughly enjoyed!). Good service, great price, tasty pizzas. Highly recommend, will be back.

Food is ok. Recently my friend and I dined there. It was about 8pm food was served ... Only to be inturupped by horrendous fumes of cleaning fluid!! They cleaning floors while people r still dining we couldnt finish food. Mentioned to mgr got sick from fumes and couldnt eat he didnt care. : (. Soo sad. Poor customer service

I think there are 2 owners. Francesco is the tall guy and hes really nice. The short guy never smiles and I think his son works there and he never smiles either. Maybe its something in the genes. But the pizza and food is really good. We like the pizza best in town. The women that work there are also nice.

Ordered 6$ lava cake... it was the size of a dog treat!!!! It tasted like a dog treat and seems to be just an undercooked cupcake that didnt rise and sunk in the center. The pizza was disgusting but the garlic knots were pretty good... thats what the star is for.....

2 Chicken parm slices, 2 plain slices and 1 chicken roll. Its not complicated. The same guy asked me 5 times what Im getting, I told him 5 times what I ordered they STILL got my order wrong. Get a note pad! I give this place a 3.5 and thats being generous.

Food was piled high and tasted good. Its good to split dishes here, or plan on taking home enough for another dinner. Its almost too much. Food is solidly good, standard Italian, no nuance. Staff is very attentive and friendly.

Went in for a greek salad. Asked for extra onions and no cucumbers. After what felt like an eternity, had to have been well over 20 minutes, my salad has no onions in it. They gotta be kidding me.

I love this place! They have the best food in TOWN! Me and my family go twice a month to eat in, and take out ever friday . . for my birthday and ann my husband knows where we go. POMPEI!!
