A few weeks ago, my wife and I ordered a pizza at 8:10 and were told it would be about 30-45 minutes for delivery. At 11:45 the driver knocks on the door after we had already fallen asleep. When I told him it was over 3 hours he laughed and said "haha thats Pizza Hut". I was enraged. I called the store and explained everything and received a $20 store credit. Fast forward three weeks later and I decided to order another pizza. I put in my order at 9:20 and again was told 30-45 minutes. It is now 10:30, so I called to see what the issue is. They informed me that the pizza was returned because the driver brought it here and knocked for "10 minutes". I have been sitting beside the front door for this very reason awaiting my pizza and I assured them that no one knocked. The employee informed me that he was pretty sure the driver was just lazy and lied and said he came here. Absolutely horrific customer service and business at this Pizza Hut. Do not use this store!!! I am currently reporting this information to corporate.

I order from them sometimes twice a week. They have messed up several times and apologized and was very sorry etc. Tonight I ordered before 8 and waited for over hour, finally called and ask where is our pizza. I was to by a girl that it would be 1027 before they could bring it or I could come pick it up. Okay I said fine that it was ridiculous. left my house and went there doors locked said come thru driveway. OK did, to be told its already gone. A matter of just few minutes from when I talked to her on phone. I am just 5 minutes down the road from them. I drove back here and very nice clerk was at my door. I told him call your manager I am not paying delivery fee after all that. He was very understanding and took care of it and I gave him his tip and explained it wasnt him, that my brother passed away a few days ago and trying to feed grandkids and deal with death. I think I will find another company. Sorry. Thank you delivery guy for all you did.

Poor customer service. I was hung up on twice then called again and when I told the guy I needed to add to my order he said ok then put me on hold without asking or telling me. I was on hold for for 5 minutes and then was hung up on. When the delivery guy got here and I asked him about it he just said that was the CSRs. I honestly dont care who it was someone should have tried to fix it. I should have been asked what can we do to fix it. I mean maybe I shouldnt be so mad because I was going to spend more money and didnt. But I am because I didnt get all the food that I wanted. This is ridiculous and someone needs to manage better.

This is the worst pizza hut! Ordered from here once, and after my order was 20 minutes late I finally called just to have someone tell me they didnt have enough drivers and couldnt bring me my food. Gave them one more chance, and ended up on the phone with corporate after a 2 hour wait. They wouldnt answer their phones and we were pretty sure we werent getting our food. Finally got a call from a driver that he was on his way, and by midnight we were eating our cold pizza. Ordered pizza around 9... will never order from here again.

I ordered pizza here all the time but when I tried today they called me 20 min after I ordered my pizza online and told me ohh we dont come to the budget suites anymore and if I wanted to know why I could call corporate. The man on the phone was extremely rude to me and took a tone of voice with me as if I had something too do with the reason they dont deliver here anymore. I feel disrespected and if this is the way Pizza Hut treats their customers then I will take my business elsewhere! Highly unprofessional and rude!

My family and I only buy pizza from Pizza Hut. We just moved close to this location and went there tonight for the first time and everybody was super nice and attentive to customers coming in. I love being greeted and having my presence as a customer acknowledged when I go into a business. I make sure my customers feel important at my job and it feels good when I receive the same treatment. The pizza was so delicious!! I feel blessed to have this excellent team at my local Pizza Hut. Thank you guys!

i have to say that of all the pizza places I have dealt with this location is the WORST!! I ordered a pizza and they were out of the crust I was wanting so I replaced it with the normal stuffed crust. Ask if they could put bacon on the pizza since they were out of the bacon stuffed crust. They charged me for the extra topping instead of compensating me for not having the crust I originally ordered. Any other pizza place would have taken care of this some other way.....

Im from Columbus Ohio and this is the worst pizza hut I have EVER ordered from my whole entire life. They hung up 4 times. I ordered THICK crust and they gave me a piece of paper sized crust. I ordered 8 piece buffalo wings and they gave me 6 piece. I payed 26$ dollars and I DONT see nothing thats worth it here. PLUS IT TOOK 1:10 MINITES TO ARRIVE. GUESS WHAT THEY WROTE MY NAME AS??? JUAN. WHO IS THAT? NEVER ORDER HERE EVER.

I usually order delivery but we live right next door and they expect $2 for a delivery fee plus a tip although their delivery is usually the best. The customer service isnt fantastic but it isnt the worst. It is something I can deal with. But the way they cook and cut the food is the worst. Sometimes they seem like they get it out of a dumpster. Other times like tonight it was dry and flat. I need a new cook xD

An hour and a half later they still dont have my pizza here. The instructions said to call me since Im in the back of the house. When I called she said they canceled my order because I didnt answer the door. After I asked her why didnt they call me, the lady said the driver did. Then they wanted my credit card information to place a whole new order. These people need to read instructions!

The service was trouble and manager was rude. Did not want to help. And just gave me a number. And then they gave me another number. It was like if nobody at pizza hut wanted to do their job at all. And when I went to pick up the manager didnt want to come out and talk to me after I asked for him. I dont advise anybody to order from the pizza hut on carrier in GP...
