Why do you put ☆"s on here! This establishment is HORRIBLE!!!! It took 30 minutes for one sandwich to be made after waiting 20 minutes just to order it! I could have panhandle the money walked 9 blocks to store,bought the stuff, made it myself, post this meaningless REVIEW in the same time! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! A man came up and got tea that was so old it was undeinkble they said get a Dr pepper and it was empty. Napcans all over the flood no salt in containers and no straws. They were all at the pick up window in back on Cell phones! If you want to conduct business like this,? Open up a TRAP HOUSE! OH AND ON TOP OF THAT YOU MAKE ME PUT AT LEAST 1 STAR JUST TO POST THIS!

Horrible!! I come here alot and eat late because of my schedule. There is a male employee here that NEVER wants to answer the intercom when it gets too late. I have seen him do this to several other customers. I will leave because he wont answer and so do the ones behind me. Im getting really tired of wondering if hes going to decide to take my order or not. I believe jack in the box should employ those who are going to work. Not hide in the back and apply makeup or fix your hair or whatever he does. Tired of seeing this kid there. Im going to corporate as well. Im fed up with this kids slack.

Jack in the Box has become the worst fast food chain in customer service, especially this location. Today was the SECOND time Ive been shorted food and change. I had a rather large order and 2 cars behind me. When I got my order, I drove home immediately. When I got home, my cheeseburger was incorrect, my tacos were missing and I was shorted 20 cents. I tried calling multiple times but only got a continuous ring. On top of that, I asked for ketchup and was given hot sauce. Really?? Multiple mistakes in a single order for the second time? Absolutely pathetic service.

Employees were not so smart there they need some mental help!!!! I ordered my food and i checked my bag and there was a item missing and informed her and she denied it and said it was in there.we gave her the bag back so she can check personally and still denied it! After that she said go around and wait in line again for something she messed up in when the line was long as it was !!!! Idk they gave a rude attitude towards us like if we were stealing food she probably ate it before giving us the bag and blamed us. #JusticeForBradsWife.

This place only gets one star simply because the staff was nice. The whole place was quite obviously a drop/pick up spot for local drug dealers. The bathroom was right by the door and in a blind spot from the staff. Ive never seen so many random people stopping in to a place just to user the bathroom for 10 seconds at a time. Also, table were filthy, and the bathroom was disgusting. Im potty training my 2 year old, and I just couldnt let him go in there. If I ever go back, its going to be just a drive through visit.

This jack in the box needs better cooks, look at the untoasted bread. I went home, took one bite, and notice the raw bread, so I went back to replace it, but to find out they wanted to dispute it. I said forget sbout it, so I requested my money back, but this was my worst experience here at Jack in the box. The curly frys were old, and burned, Ill never come to this Jack in the box.

Place was dirty, crumbs all over tables/floor. Went into the restroom to wash my hands and there was blood all over the sink,wall,floor also looked like the restroom hadnt been cleaned in a while. When I told the manager about it she just said "ok" and walked away. We got our food and spent about 25 minutes in lobby no-one came out to clean the lobby or the restroom

Everyone in this place acts like they hate their job, they roll their eyes as soon as you go in. They dont greet you and it takes forever for a big lady to get to the register and shes hateful. Too bad their isnt 0 stars. Avoid this jack in the box.
